If you don't know how to do that, it might not be a good idea to root. You need to do more research. Keep in mind that you, and only you, are responsible for your device.

Boot into CWM recovery (power+home+vol up). Make sure you have root.zip from this post:

Select "install zip from sd card", choose root.zip & reboot.
I mean can you please tell me how do I copy the root.zip file in sd card.

Yes . As long as you didnt modify any files, it is safe to flash .
