Different box? - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Premise: I' m the first person that had lost its Xperia S
Like I said in the premise, I'm the first person that had lost a Xperia S but I've done insurance and now i have another Xperia s ;
but the main think it's that there are 2 type of box, the newest slimmer than the older(i was one of the first people that bought Xperia s in italy) , and with a less powerful power supplies : from the 1500 mA of the older to only 850 mA of the newer
The biggest box and power supplies are the older

I think you got the newer version. Global Mobiles mentioned the new batch has slimmer boxes.

Mine came in the new box and it was hard to believe there could be a UK charger in it its that thin.

I have Old (fat) box with New (big) charger

Both mine came in the slim boxs... Only diffrence between both of was the second one i got had some pictures on the inner box. Got mine on the 12th march.

What does it say on the chargers? I'm guessing one is the EP800 and the other the EP850, the latter of which allows fast charging.
As for the boxes, I got a slim one did the bigger one come with more extras then the smaller box? smart tags, a case etc.

It depends on the country and provider and batch?
I think this will apply for the slim boxes too

The box is irrelevant. In Belgium all phones have been coming in the small box since day one (which is months ago now). It's simple: big box = fast charger, small box = normal charger. Sony doesn't like making packaging any bigger than needed.

The 2 big boxes I had didn't come with fast charger.

It's still irrelevant though. As I said we've had small boxes since day one in Belgium, and those were phones made in 12W09.

What I was trying to say is the size of the box does not relate to the type of charger inside.
