Has anyone else noticed a lag when charging their phone?
Not all the time but sometimes I get a lag on the phone when it is on charge, very noticeable lag too!
Mine do not lag.

I sometimes noticed a lag when unplugging the phone from the charger, the phone would then be completely unresponsive for a few seconds.
Not quite the same though...

I get this same problem, after unplugging the charger the notification LED will remain on for a few seconds (I have always assumed due to some capacitance in the charge circuit in the phone). During this period the phone does not respond to any button presses or screen touches.
Mine lags too on keyboard (button pressed even if i don't touch the screen)... even plugging hearphones
I lag when use a both of friend and timescape widget in same screen.sometime it force close
is not a proper lag, is like the touch is pressed when you not press it...
you can note this in keyboard... when charging or with hearphone...
you can try even pluggin usb cable only on phone and not on pc...you will notice lag

I have noticed sometimes when my phone is off and it's charging when I press power, the phone doesnt turn on. I have to unplug the plug then press power for the phone to power on. It doesnt happen every single time but it happens sometimes. I also notice it happens more after the battery died (even if you let it sit and charge for a few minutes)
Anyone else have that issue?
Yeah, I've also noticed that when this happens, the led will flash red very dimly...

Answered really well HERE
Am I the only one with strange touchscreen behaviour when the phone is charging ? It would not respond or be completely off. Like I want to slide the notication bar and it opens the menu like if I touched the menu button.

I remember reading something about some electricity leaking out and messing with the touch screen... if it only happens while charging then that could be the case... try with a different cord, charger, maybe even rom to see though. Contact moto if you want, hope you wont have to replace the digitizer, that costs about 50$ and installation is a bit of a hassle...
SOD?
Using OEM charger?

I have found something like this about 6 months ago. Using a random (chinese made) Apple charger. It made the touchscreen on almost every device i plugged into it go crazy.
Try another charger, cable should be fine,, just the charger is crazy.

It could be that it is not the correct voltage, amperage, etc... so perhaps the battery can't absorb it fast enough so it goes where it can, in this case being the circuitry/digitizer. Just a theory.
After the Amber update both my phone and my wife's phone randomly will play the "charging" notification sound when sitting on the wireless charging pad. The screen also lights up. This is annoying in the middle of the night. Is anyone else seeing this?

The new update changed the sensitivity to the position that the phone is on the charger. It has to be dead center now or it will not link right.By dead center I mean equal amounts of the phone overhang front and back.

I was very careful to place the phone centered on the pad and it still does it. Do you have a link to an article about this change?

No just from my own experience. Mine did it at first but I noticed I had not centered it. After centering it, it quit. I also noticed it now chimes or makes a notice when it reached full charge. No way to disable from what I see.
I've noticed that the wireless charging will eventually stop (seemingly after the phone is fully charged and has been sitting on the charger for a while) and the phone will power itself from the battery. So, for example, if it were to reach full charge during the night, in the morning it may be at 90% even though it's still sitting on the charger. Has anyone else noticed this?

I only had this issue with a third party charger. When using the nokia charging plate, this issue does not arise. I can see no battery drain in the battery app for the time periods in which the phone was on the nokia charging plate.

I see this with Nokia chargers. Both the charging plate and the JBL PowerUp speaker.
Still happening

My phone continues to play the notification sound and turn on the screen several times during the night. I am wondering if it is chiming when it reaches 100% and then it stops charging, looses some charge, turns back on and then chimes at 100% again. I checked the phone and it was quite hot. This is annoying and I now have set it to vibrate so it doesn't wake me up. Nokia/Microsoft needs to fix this.

Mine was doing that but if I place it on the charger so that the bottom edge with the speakers line up with the same edge of the charger end with the LED then the phone will stay quite all night. I really think the new update raised/lowered the sensitivity of the proximity/nfc sensor in the phone.
Anyone experiencing unresponsive touch screen/ typing into the keyboard screen not getting what is it supposed to show when charging? I notice this a couple of times when charging and its very annoying. I think mine is defective/Software bug? Build Number 17.1.A.2.69
This happened on my previous Galaxy S2. But i haven't encountered it yet for Z2.

I plugged it to my laptop via usb it seems smooth and responsive... I put an adapter to the charger itself and plug it in to the socket and it seems normal.. I don't know if the stock charger have defect? Can anyone explain this? Thanks
Found the culprit if I charged the phone into the stock charger it goes unresponsive opening notification bar etc... When I plugged it out the phone and plugged it to my laptop seems normal and goes back to its responsiveness.. I hope the charger is the defect need to buy one to test it out again..
I am having a weird touchscreen sensitivity issue with my V60. If i plug it in to charge it does not pickup up my "scrolling" smoothly. It skips and hesitates when i try to move around slowly on the screen with my thumb. This is very annoying especially when i play games such as call of duty mobile and i am trying to aim at my enemy.
This only happens with my thumbs not my other fingers and only when i move my thumb slowly such as trying to zero in on somebody with a scope in a game or scrolling up and down slowly on social media apps. If i unplug my phone from a charger the problem instantly goes away, also if i restart my phone with the charging cable already plugged in and charging the problem doesn't happen after that with the cable plugged in. It only happens when i plug in to charge with the phone already on and only with my thumbs.
This happens with or without a screen protector and with any charging cable or wall plug (including the ones that came with the phone). I tried turning on and off the increase touch sensitivity option and that does not make a difference.
Im thinking about doing a warranty replacement. Can someone try this and see if its the same with another phone?
there have been multiple threads for this issue. Kindly check below links.

Thanks for the reply, however my issue is different from those posts. I don't have any "ghost" touches or random home screens. My issue is that my screen hesitates to track my thumb if i move it slowly on the screen with the charger plugged in.
