I have a Galaxy Player 5.0 (YP-G70) and as of last week Dolphin and the Stock Browser won't flip to Landscape when I turn it over. Anyone else run into this issue. I have rebooted a couple times. If I want Landscape I have to have Dolphin Default to it (it won't auto flip). Thanks
Edit: Nevermind. Somehow my Display Settings had been Unchecked. Feel like a Dummy Mods please Delete. Thanks

my question is it just me but in the stock browser I get terrible checkerboard effect? I have tried lots of roms from stock to the latest modded roms but all the same.
also is the autofit page feature only in landscape or have I missed something in the settings? I pinch to zoom for autofit the page but in order for it to work I have to rotate to landscape first and then back for it to work in portrait mode.
if all this has been covered could someone please post the link for me.

Checkerboard effect is normal due to the way the browser works, being gpu accelerated combined with a caching method to provide utter smoothness even with flash videos being played. The autofit seems to work for me when I only double tap instead of pinching.
it does zoom in when I double tap but then when I pinch again to get closer it doesn't autofit unless I tip it into landscape first. my galaxy s did it perfectly without having to tilt into landscape mode. not a big deal as I use opera now but would prefer to use the stock browser. thanks for your reply.
I have problems with 2 of the original widgets. The S memo widget just closes when you try to look at all drawings or go back. When you open the music player with the widget then I cant go back to all songs when i have searched something and played it. Can anyone check if they have the same problems or is it just my phone.

I installed the TW from the SGS3 (the 5x6 version) and everything works GREAT, except the Wallpaper.
I tried the whole QuickPic trick and no matter what I use to set the wallpaper, it's still zoomed in.
Has anyone had any luck with this? I would LOVE to use the launcher, but this one issue is just driving me batty as all hell! :silly:

because of that i am looking for a mod which brings the stock android lockscreen with customizible shortscuts to
your camera, browser, whats app and so on...
i browsed a bit in google and here in the forums but i havent found anything.
i am sure there is a mod like this but i cant find it :laugh:

widget locker
Widget locker is a good option, but it doesn't work properly with S3.
Many small issues which make it unusable for me.
1) If you wake your phone withing 5 secs, you'll see an annoying toast notification.
2) It can be easily unlocked using Home button, unlike the stock one.
3) If you have a rooted device, point 2 can be overcome. However then if you are in home screen (tried with Nova) and you press Home button again you'll see a small refresh of launcher. This is because of the workaround.
So I would advice you to not buy it.

you can customize the lockscreen if you buy his app
i bought his app but there doesent seem to be any customazitation for the stock JB lockscreen available ... only for the ICS one
Hellyo guys! It's since Cyano 10 that the Default Zoom option in the stock browser is not working correctly. I'd like to use the Far option but whenever i re-open the browser or click on a link it resets automatically to Medium.
Do you know any solution to this?
