[Q] Tab freezes after 2-4 minutes after reboot - Galaxy Tab 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everybody
I have a really strange problem. Some days ago, I updated from AOKP Milestone 5 to Build 35. After this my Tab started to freeze after 2-4 minutes. It doesn't matter if I work on it or just let it sit there. I should mention that after a restore or a new install, i can work in it like for 30-90 minutes with no freezes. And I did not install any apps on it, I just let it sit there and after a while it starts to freeze again.
I already tried to NANDROID restore back to Milestone 5 and even tried to install CyanogenMod (CM) Nightly.
I tried those components in different combinationsand always WITH the Wipe function of CWM 5.5.0.4:
CM Nightly 20120511
AOKP Milestone 5
AOKP Build 35
Working NANDROID Backup of AOKP Milestone 5
Pershoot Kernel 20120503
originally delivered Kernel with CM Nightly
originally delivered Kernel with AOKP
Google Apps 20120422
Google Apps 20120429
Now I am really lost here. Anyone any ideas?

Odin to stock and check for freezing.

CM7 Nightlies Build 231 randomly reboots.

Hey guys! after a year of just browsing I finally made an account!
So my problem is as mentioned on the topic my phone randomly reboots after installing CM7 Nigtlies 231,and I can't find any reason why.
So my question is;
is there a fix for this? Or should I just use the stable build or the newest nightlies build?

Hacked email.apk for JB?

Hi all - Have just swapped over from CM9 to SuperNexus - I9100 - BUILD 2, but need a hacked version of the email.apk.
Have tried the old file from CM9, but no joy - continues to crash every 2 seconds.
There is this option: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1117452
But it advises it doesn't work with JB ROMS.
I'd like to know why the old version doesn't work, and find out how to setup a new one for this ROM.
Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers
Deleted - wrong thread
Solved - Actually running through the thread noted in the first post DOES work. Had to re-installed the rom first, and suffered 2 FC's when setting up the account.
Rebooted, and all working fine.

Phone Stuck On CM Boot Screen

I was originally on CM 10.0 and updated to the new CM 10.1 Nightlies and installed GAPPS for 10.1. I wanted to switch back to CM 10.0 and I went through the update on my phone again and now it's just sitting on the CM booting screen and I'm not sure what to do. Sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm new to this stuff and any help is appreciated.

Try going to recovery & wipe data , wipe cache and finally re-flash cm 10 with gapps with 4.1.2....this should work.

[Q][ROM][KERNEL][SOLVED] Siyah and CM10.2 - failure to boot properly

I've been using Siyah kernel v1.9.1 to have a dual-boot option on my i9300 (Stock ROM vs. CyanogenMod 10.1 nightlies) for a while. Now that I've flashed a CM10.2 nightly I get the popup "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" in front of the very first Welcome screen where I'm asked to configure my language and account settings etc. It's happened with all 3 of the CM10.2 nightlies to date.
Could it be that Siyah just isn't compatible with 10.2 yet and I need to wait for an update, or should I be looking for a solution that I can implement myself? I'm not familiar enough with the job of the kernel, but when 10.1 was released the Siyah developer posted this message: Also CM10 support is dropped as I don’t want to keep 3 different mali drivers in the kernel.". I'd assumed that if a similar issue (no idea what a mali driver is) was going to hit 10.2 compatibility then it wouldn't even let me get as far as I have with booting up. There's silence on the Siyah page atm - last post was March (address is "gokhanmoral" with the usual URL bits around it - I'm a n00b so I can't type it here).
Many thanks! (Tried posting this in the Galaxy S III Android Development forum but I wasn't allowed.)
Development On Siyah ceased long before 4.3
Look to googy-max instead. Not sure if it has / will get 4.3 but its still on development unlike siyah

Perfect. It does claim to support CM10.2 (based on 4.3) now. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2270158

I have this same issue too, and I think every S3 user has it with any OS above 4.3
