Try wiping cache, and delvik and then try a fresh install of the ROM, make sure you back up your apps first Also did you disable hard buttons on the GP5, ( noticed you had onscreen buttons active)

Situation : 2 SE X10i's.
1 black with xRecovery. Works ok.
1 white with xRecovery. After (re)booting the phone, xRecovery is loaded immediately.
It's a bit annoying, how can I fix this?
Have you try to ReFlash the RoM..?
Hope it can be fix after ReFlashing..
Is it ROM-related or must I reflash/re-install xRecovery?
I'm not sure..but some ROM put a Reboot/Restart options that in Power Menu and sometime Reboot/Restart options mean Restart to xRecovery..
But Re-Installing XRec. is better to solve the problem..
Coz I've the same problem when I Flash My RoM with WB 3.6..but after ReFlashing (Fresh Install)..I solve the problem..
If you press reboot in recovery, its boot to your rom or not?
Try wipe dalvik and fix permission.
And let me know if it solved.

Reboot in xRecovery is to ROM.
Reboot from phone is with option 'reboot' not into recovery. The X10 doesn't support this.
Even when the phone is turned off, it boots into xRecovery.
I'll try Dalvik cache and permissions.
Do you have "RebooT Options Application (.Apk from market or anywhere not include with the Rom)" installed before..?
If you have..I think you need to Re-Flash the both Rom nor xRec..Remember to BackUp your data first..it's only take 15 mnt and you done..no more problem is you do it correctly..
Never heart of that app.
We don't reboot that often.. It's off or reboot.
Our X10's don't listen to other options I think
i am using Onecosmic latest ICS rom and his provided kneral
is it the rom problem or i can setting turn the screen off while charging the phone?thanks~
Screen on When Charging
Foodil,
I had this problem way back when I was on one of the MIUI roms.
My fix: reboot to recovery and fix permissions. If this doesn't work then...
backup rom and SMS/MMS
reboot to recovery
nandroid backup (advanced)
wipe dalvick cache and wipe cache
format system
reflash rom
fix permissions
reboot system.
Good luck!

Check the setting that enables/disables this. There is an option to leave the screen on while charging. Settings/applications/developement. Uncheck stay awake..

Thankyou.
i have tried your suggestion
at first fix permission not works, so i reflash the rom following the suggestion apporach ( i can't find nandroid backup (advanced) in the cwm , so i skipped it)
however, this time the mobile phone will turn on (not just screen, it will just boot and enter the android system) when i charging..
so i try install another rom (passion v10.6) . The problem sloved , but i think this rom is worse than the onecomic one . It consume more battery and ram.
So now i will flash back to onecomic one to see what will happen. It is just tedious work.
thanks, eweo911
That item is unchecked but the phone screen still keeping on.
This problem seems not that simple

More than likely you can modify a file to fix that. Now the question is what file and what to change.
It seems some of the user using that rom have the same problem.
Just wait for the next release
thanks.
I installed the ICS rom by zeubea on my htc legend, i followed the installation and it worked good. and then i installed the gapps, and now my phone is bootlooping.
when i try to do fastboot and re-install the rom, i get this message which says something about legendimg.zip file, and it quickly disappears.
and when i try to go to recovery the device shows the backgroud of the recovery but nothing happens.
if anyone understand my question and can help me do something to make my legend work again i will thank you very much

5. reboot
and 9.1 didnt run at all.. bootloop..
also tried
1. wipe all
2. flash
3. wipe all
bootloop...
1. wipe all
2. flash
3. wipe all
4. gapps
5. wipe all
bootloop...
rolled back to 7.2 - works fine..
p.s.
sorry for my english
Why are you NOT wiping (formatting) boot and system? If you don't your leaving all the files for the previous rom installed hence why your having issues...
Installation is so easy if you use a bit of thought,
Format boot, system, data, cache and SDext DONOT FORMAT SD CARD!
Flash rom then flash gapps then reboot.

I installed the rom and also
Flash Bluesleep Fix:
Options Chooser
The roms starts withouth gapps , and using the option chooser wont install them ,
I dont know if it s because og my clockwork recovery version, I had a 5.0 something and reading I moved to a 6.0.15
when I run the gapps installation file Options_Chooser_JB_Version_4_Olympus gives me status 0 at the end
somtimes when I reboot the romm I get the signed (updating andrioid ) and the sign counts like its installing the apps, and in fact some of them get installed like the not google ones, but cant get to install the playstore or the gmail one.
the only thing that I want is to be able to get netflix to install it on my lcd, didnt know it was that difficult. any clue ?
did you try wipe dalvik and cache, maybe a factory reset prior flashing gapps, and then clean dalvik and cache would help , somewhere ive read that a X2 flash rom X2 flash gapps X2 wipes could do the trick

had the exact same issue ! >>>follow those steps and you will have a 100% workin Paranoid<<<
1st : do you try coming from another ROM ? Did you wipe/Fresh, or you are actually updating ?
2nd : th3bill actually are working to make the option chooser smaller since it is too big for our atrix system partition
3rd : just go to paranoid thread and see what ive done if you absolutely want that option chooser to work (NOT RECOMMENDED as it cause issues)
Workaround that really works no problem : go to recovery now that you have a fully working paranoid 2.9.9 that dont have any gapps and flash without wiping everything (that will NOT erase your app.. Just the ROM)
Reboot into Recovery
THEN :
Recovery>wipe CACHE partition
Recovery>advance>wipe dalvik cache (then go back)
Recovery>mounts&storage>format /system
Recovery>mounts&storage>format /preinstall (then go back)
Recovery>instal from sd card (external or internal, as you wish) and isntall Paranoid 2.9.9
>>>DONT REBOOT<<< at the end of aroma installer (uncheck the lil dot) then press finish (that will put you back in recovery)
back to recovery, go to advance again>fix permission
THEN,
Flash blusleep fix
flash Epinter's gapps (that will be FULLY compatible)
Let me know if you made it work
P.s.I had once, some issue with the playstore (i didnt wipe clean since 2.5.2) Force closing at the boot of the ROM and then, was unable to open at all !
If it happens on you, just go to system settings inside the rom>application>google playstore>erase Data>uninstall updates>reboot, it shoud do the trick
Plz, Hit the tanks button if i helped you

Thanks sathelate for this tutorial.
I've tried a number of times to install this ROM without success. The last time my power button stopped working.
Do I need to run the Aroma prep before install?

nah, you need to flash aroma prep only once if you didn't switch recovery
Ouch :S is your power button ok ?! :S
Flash romracer recovery wich you can use capacituve button (menu:down,Home:up,Back:back,Search:enter) (is you change recovery, you will need to flash aroma prep back, then restart recovery before flashing
Let me know
It worked thanks for your tutorial, now I'm trying to run Netflix, you know off there is any setting to set, cause I open the app and close immediately, I'm not alter to even login or anything, just black screen and I get back to the menu, any clue on this?

The power button behaviour has become very random and strange.
With the successful insatll of this rom I had to install "Button Remap apk" which set the search button to lock screen and longer press brings up the power button menu of reboot etc.
However with this rom the music player and the one I installed did not recognise a whole batch of a particular music file. So I went into recovery to restore a previous CM7 backup and hey presto the power button worked when selecting options. So I did the restore. The power button worked a couple of times then nothing. And the "Button Remap app" dosen't work in CM7.
I think the Aroma prep was the culprit.

Try just installing the rom, no gapps and no supersu. Just wondering if its something to do with running out of memory/space. You could try repartitioning as well. I'm assuming you have no problems with kitkat roms?
