Can you assign a device name on samsung phones? so as not to mix them up with others when on bluetooth etc?

Does anyone know if it is possible to Extract the bluetooth system/kernel files from the SGS2 and use them in the Galaxy Note?

With my HTC Touch HD under Windows mobile 6.1, it was easily possible, an external TMC receiver, such as binding to the TrafficBox FM9BT into the system and to assign an outgoing com port.
With the Galaxy S3 I would also like to do that.

I bought a bluetooth keyboard for my Tab2 and the Galaxy Ace, but the Ace kindly informs me it does not support HID devices.
Is this an issue any of the custom ROMS address?
i have the samsung galaxy young gt-s6310n android 4.1.2 and i dont have page buddy so i cant have the earphone icon when i plug in the headset, can you help me ive tried going to display to look for it but its not there, and it isnt in the application manager either
