doing this flashing thing from a long tyme ago
but got a problem on my gs2
i had flashed many costom roms but when i flashed AOKP roms there are several problems that occurs
1. my external sd card shows to be available but doesnt shows up in explorer
2. mobile lagss sometimes
3.and vedio calling is not available
i had tries many roms like reserrecction omega batista and parnoma and many other but cant find a soln guyzz plzzz help and also let me know if there is a niecer rom available... thanxxx

Your external SD is under mnt/emmc
All AOKP ROMs are like that. I can't help with the other two, sorry.

the problem is that it shws the sd card mounted .....
but external
card is shown empty in every where even in the location u provided
so many appss also like music player and gallery doesnt show the files

Hello,
I have my Ace since about 6 month now and I am quiet happy with it. But the internal storage comes realy quick to it limits. So I tried different Custom Roms.
The Problem is which Rom I use (CodeRom, GringerReal, CM7 builds, ect.) the SD Card ist acting realy strange.
I have a 16GB Class 10 with an ext4 partition of 1GB and when I use a stock Rom (like KPO which I have at the moment) the speed is as it should be (tested with SD Tools). But with a Custom Rom the reading and writing speed are absolutely unstable and very slow. The first seconds with SD Tools are ok but then it stucks and the speed falls down to 2mb/s and mostly it ends in a forced close because it is not responding. Also when I open the gallery. Even other apps which I install to the ext4 partition on the SD card have this problem. I also tried to "play" around with the different settings in the integreated Tweaks tools but it don´t changed anything.
To be sure that it is (hopefully not a problem with the card) I tried an other card with only 2GB, but I got the same problem.
So my question is, is there anybody having the same problem or someone who knows a solution? That would be very great.

i have just rooted my phone & installed custom ICS ROM (AOKP_galaxys2-milestone 4-Bezke )
but after installing this i am not able to see any of my pre-installed apps..
also my contacts backup file is not there..
when i open my external sd card.. it says that its empty.. on checking the storage .. it claims that it has data.. i can hear the songs through music player..
also i dont see any photographs stored in sd card...
previously i was on GB 2.3.6
please help...

I have Parandroid on my S3 and its a great ROM but i have some issues. It acts strangely with my sd card. Gallery doesnt show my pictures (only 1 folder of 5), music. I can see them on pc and any mobile explorers. Is there anything i can do?

I brought. strontium. class 6 16gb memory. card for my LWW my phone is getting struck while discovering files and I can't access memory card via file explorer also when I do it my phone gets completely freezes I have to remove the battery and restart again.. .. Walkman, album and movie app are not showing. any files. I don't. what's the problem I tried formatting MC several times and also I formatted rom. but still the same problem... I'm on Extended stock kernel and Z1_Honami_ROM_Extreme_MDPI rom please help me.

Hello !, so I have a problem with cm12 moving apps(you don't have enough space on externl sd (or something)(4gigs free by the way) , I cannot move them to external SD I have tried everything, downloading those apps from google play(sdfix, writableSDforKitkat and others), trying fix permisions in TWRP , formating sd in ext4,ext3.ext2.fat,exfat and so on,
I am confused because other things is working , like moving big games obb's to sd card, music apps can see music in sd end ect
I heard that cm12 has bug or something with apps to sd function so how to fix it can we add soething to build.prop or somewere else ?or it is impossible , and if it is what cm12 like roms have that function ?

I've been searching for your issue and yes found that it's an issue with cm12 nightly build will tell you if i find any solution you can give cm12.1 a try i'm on it for 3 weeks
