Search for the Directory Bind APK here on Xda, Link2Sd does afaik not work.

I have a problem with this app. I couldn't move apps from phone to SD.... I have information on screen: sd car is not supported, but I have access to my data oc ad... help!!!!

It isnt possible to move apps to SD .. it is however possible to move game data onto the memory card using link2SD. You will need root though.

You can swap internal and external sds or you can try an app called directory bind.
Any large games you can use directory bind to move to sdcard.

I still needing solution because directory bind was very bad and do nothing that copy and paste only please help me

I was using it fine until I moved to cm10.1
Seriously it does what it says. Go to preference, set your internal as data, internal as target (both with "/"s at the end)
Add new entry, press menu, click the assistant, navigate to "inside" the folder you wish to bind and select.
Then check the box and add entry. Should take a while moving the files. Then you check the disk button and you're there.
Try rebooting and check the bind sticks. Otherwise check alternative data mgnt option in preference.

Directory Bind is your answer
I rooted my note 2 today and I having probkems figuring out how to move apps and other thing to my sd card. I have never rooted a device before so any suggestions would be helpful

Try searching the play store for apps2sd ;as for other stuff you could try es file explorer, root browser, or root explorer.

Its part of jelly bean im pretty sure you cant id love to though...the most promising looking is directory bind is here on xda look into that

Please could someone explain the purpose of converting a User App to a System App? Is it to release memoery?

Yes u can!
Convert them to system app
For ex. Launcher
Using link2sd or luckey patcher etc.. (with root acces)
It relse internal mem. Bt cnsume system mem.
Do cmplt backup before doing any thing with ur cell
