I wiped my battery stats through Clockworkmod - now I'm stuck in an HTC white screen boot loop.
??????
Did you make a backup first? If you did, then restore it. If not, you'll have to reflash your rom.

Hello,
I been running Bionix V 1.2.1 on my vibrant. Just flashed a segmented battery mod for Bionix V 1.2 from here
As per the instructions, i first wiped cached and then wiped the dalvik cache in recovery before flashing the zip for the mod. Rebooted and the phone has been on boot animation since the past 20 minutes. I took the battery out and started the phone after putting the battery in. The phone is still doing the same thing.
Any one know whats going on with the phone?
Thanks.
Update: Fixed. I was able to get into recovery and restore my nandroid backup.
Hi all,
I am trying to update my phone to a new firmware using odin. I am following the instructions in this thread. However after odin has done its thing, it displays "PASS!", my phone reboots but then hangs on the boot animation. I have left it for about 20 mins and tried reflashing the rom with no luck.
I have also tried another firmware, but its gets stuck in a half bootloop (repeating the boot animation)
Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix it?
Thanks
Aaron
Boot to recovery and wipe cache see if that works, if it still bootloops you'll need to boot to recovery and do a factory reset.
I booted into recovery and wiped everything, and it works now.
Thanks
Hi I have attempted to install experience rom on my xperia U. Firstly i successfully unlocked the boot loader. I then rooted it and installed CWM recovery all still good. I the transferred the ROM image to the phone went into recovery did a wipe data factory reset and wipe cash partition. Also wipe dalvick cache. Selected the ROM and install started, it hung, only way out was battery pull, I went back into recovery same thing happened, finally tried once more and it hung at about 75%. Now phone goes in a loop sony logo to black screen and I cant get into recovery mode. I have searched to see if I can find a way out but not found a way around it yet. I would be very grateful for any help with this.

Thanks for help
Thanks I managed to flash stock Gingerbread in the end.
In case anyone else has a similar problem here is a handy guide I found. (youtube.com/watch?v=hPPWRXcsz7g)
Where it says connect phone I found you need to connect it in fast boot (hold volume up button as you connect it) when the software is ready to flash un-plug phone then connect in flash mode (hold volume down button as you connect).

Flash stock firmware.
Install fastboot drivers.
Flash SlidingXU in cmd
Try out Zperience or TheBrainsRom following factory data reset, wiping cache and dalvik cache.
I tried flashing the android revolution and everything went great except when the phone shut off right before it promted me to reboot the system. i Booted it back up, and now it's telling me that my root is broken/missing. I tried going back to the backup that i made before the flashing but it was stuck on a bootloop. I dont know what to do. Is my phone bricked? i can still manage to go to recovery, i have twrp.
No, the phone is not bricked. As long as the screen comes on, you can recover.
Did you do a full wipe (data, Dalvik, and cache) before flashing the ROM?
Just try doing a wipe in recovery, and flashing the ROM again.
Hi guys, I have a stock standard S3 that will not boot past the Samsung splash screen. I have removed the battery but no luck. Any ideas on what I can do to get it to boot? I have not rooted, installed custom ROM, nothing.
Try going into recovery mode and wiping cache then reboot. If that doesn't work go into recovery and factory reset (but you will lose your data if you do that).
