if I install nexus s drivers to my pc using a working nexus s phone, will another nexus s that's needs cwm reflashed be able to use those previously installed drivers from the working nexus s or need the drivers installed using the "broken" nexus s?

Never had an x64 issue on about fifty flashes .As long as you get the drivers installed should work .

^ Yep, On x64 for almost two years, no problem at all.
Thx all, gonna try soon.
Still a bit worried.
Havn't owned any Samsung devices yet.
So not experienced with the way of flashing rooting etc.
For custom roms, You only need odin once. After that it's cwm all the way

I rooted my tab in Linux, running Virtualbox with a Windows install.

Mac is such an expensive OS, I would say parallels but that's not free.
Although doesn't Mac have a built in feature to install another virtual OS on it?

Virtualbox wants boot-file(eg: .iso) and I don't have it.

You need an ISO or....... you can attach to an optical drive and install from cd/dvd. It's in the config for the vm. You can also change this in the running vm.

I've got a rooted Nexus 7 that is currently running Xenon Rom. I'd like to dual boot with Ubuntu Touch. I've installed multi rom manager but it tells me that Touch isn't supported.
Can someone help me find the easiest way to install?
Thanks!!
