I thought 2.7.7 is the latest version? This is what CM7 is basing his kernel on?

That's a sdk port >.>
To start with 4.0 will only be galaxy nexus and maybe nexus S, then you need to wait for your phones manufacturer to tinker with it.
CM9 will be 4.0 but there waiting for source code.

Hi
So a couple of developers and I are porting HTC Sense to the ZTE Blade. I have come here for guidance for porting it. So what I have is a MPDI port from the HTC Salsa which boots. I want to port the ROM from MDPI to HDPI. Any help? Should I get the system apps from the Desire S and put the .pngs into the other Salsa apps and overlap the MDPI ones? Also there are more pngs in the Desire S than the Salsa one. So would I copy over the existing ones only or all of them? And do I rename the folders from MDPI to HDPI or leave them?

I know this should be in Q&A but I think more developers will see it here

Actually Google provided us with a ROM that had to be tweaked so all of us Nexus owners could install with out issue.
And everyone thought ICS was great

Doesn't that come by fall or end if the year, maybe peaking into early next year? They always have a yearly big update and a small but well deserved incremental update in between for neat features and performance.

Agreed.
The same guys who found the Google play glitch with the images, also found some docs:
That already is amazing, but sorry to say okes, the Ace doesn't have that hardware.
Fakes, fakes everywhere..
You'll get a CM version most likely.
the news is great but i am sure its fake
how can we get 4.4 [OFFICIAL ] if we don't have OFFICIAL 4.0 or 4.1 or 4.2 or latest 4.3 yet
i don't think google people are fools they *definitely have brain
I don't think we could possibly get an official one but the one built by the androidarmv6 team would be faster than JB as 4.4 uses less ram.
Yes official is not sutmre but kitkst can surely come

But you take their word?
Also, there are some major devices not listed. - Impossibru
Apparently devices with 512mb of ram will be supported so there may be some hope but hardly believed Samsung will be bothered

It should run better on our device then jellybean due to lower amount of ram it takes to run it.
