Factory reset/full wipe. If that doesn't work, download the full XWKG1 firmware from Intratech's official firmware thread, and re-flash it.

Intratech's official firmware thread.
Please also refer to forum rule #1.
A search would have easily turned it up. It is also linked in the sticky (first post) in the I9100 general section.

ok sorry , now i got a last question...
and i think it could be the reason of all my mising flash :
if you don't tick the "debug USB mode" button in the setting ,you phone will accept to be flashed correctly .?? could it be the reason for a briked phone .?

COULD be a reason. Yes, that should be checked before you go into download mode to flash.

Did you flash a full firmware? That shouldn't matter if USB debugging is checked or not, actually.

Are you sure you flashed a full firmware and not just the kernel? Full firmware package would be around 200mb, and the kernel is considerably smaller, like 7mb.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA

Make sure KIES is not running at the background .... They are not good friends, ODIN and KIES ... maybe take a look at that with taksmanager.

Easiest way to root is to flash a rooted kernel, such as CF-Root kernel.
Here is the thread => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399&highlight=CF+Root
In Post #8 you will find CF-Root-SGS2_XW_NEE_LPG-v5.5-CWM5.zip which will work fine for your ROM.
Just download this kernel and flash it with Odin to your phone - as described in the first post.
If you want to remove the yellow triangle and reset the flash counter after flashing the CF-Root kernel, just use TriangleAway app from Chainfire (there is a link to it in the first post).
Good luck !

is it poosible to go to previous kernal after rooting?
also if you are planning to use other carrier make sure you have an unlock phone. If not, go to PLay Store and download Galaxy S2 unlock app.
You mean stock kernel? Yes, but only by flashing stock Samsung firmware.

That's not true. You can just flash the stock kernel without flashing the entire firmware.

+1, kernel is independent of rom, u can always flash the same without any issue as long as its compatible

Download a stock kernel, flash it in Odin. Not rocket surgery. You got your hand held on the first page & a half of this thread, time for you to do some reading/learning on your own; Stickies.
