Hi,
I have seached XDA but couldn't get the right solutions.
I have rooted my Xperia S, installed the latest Doomkernel and it wont boot. It keeps rebooting. I can get in to the Doomkernel but when I want to restart the systeem, it just reboots over and over. I have tried to install a new kernel and that wouldn't help. I've tried to install different (stock) roms with no result.
Anyone?

Doomkernel is only for Gingerbread, so if you're on ICS, that would be a problem. I made that mistake the very fist time. About flashing other kernels and and roms, what did you flash and in what order, could you be more specific? On the other hand, have you tried wiping system and flashing everything again?
If Doomkernel is only GB then that is my issue the stockrom was ICS
Which one do I need because of all the posts and info I cant find the right one.
There are Advance Stock ICS, KA SSpeed and XSX you can try.

When you download anything from get.cm only flash the kernel which is provided in the zip. If u have downloaded fxp 203 from their thread it should run with lupus jb
I have lww and run FXP203 yesterday using Mesa-Jb-v2.6 kernel and also flash mesa-wifi-module. Everythings work fine.
But today i switch to PA and use same kernel i think its better. And wifi works fine, even without wifi module
P.s: wait a litle longer, less than half minute.

Hello.
I want to change from CM9 FXP202 to FXP204 because in FXP202 the GPS don´t work in my NEO with Vodafone. But I don´t want to reinstall apps with Titanium and return to reconfigure the icons desktops and widgets and apps.
So I think that to update rom, I have to flash kernel, make full wipe and flah rom. Is it necessary? Is there a method to don´t lose the apps and desktops?
Thank you.

When you update from one fxp version to another you don't lose apps...usually you don't need to wipe... Just install...
So did you try?
Sent from my Xperia Neo V using xda app-developers app
I think that what I have to do is:
Flash kernel
Boot in CWM
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
Flash FXP ROM
If I don't do more Wipes, Iwill not lose my apps. :good:
Now, I hope that they have resolved the problem of GPS with 2011 devices in FXP204

i think ive faced the problem before, didnt remember what version of fxp. you can do factory reset, wipe data, cache, dalvic or reinstall that cm back, make sure u start from flashing the .54 ftf.
u must find another wifi

U may face the problem again after some months, dont worry, just delete the files
