In this video, I show you how laggy Xperia Go is with ICS 4.0.4.
You will see the icon doen not follow my finger when I try to move it around. Enter/exit app drawer is not smooth and how hard to zoom an image.
So, good luck Sony. Try to fix and deal with it

Can anyone provide a sytem toggle for XGO with stock GB? Almost all toggle mods here are for ICS. TIA!
I dont think anyone's make a mod for it so far but, there is an app in Play Store for this
Notification Toggles
Cheers & Merry Christmas
Already tried it, thanks though. Yeah I tried almost all mods here but not working with GB. Hope someone could make a mod for it. I need to stay to GB until JB official release.
Just out of curiosity, why do you want to stay stock GB so bad ?
GB Cam and ICS Cam has a very big difference that's why.
And GB is better ? ;O
In the last ICS update camera should be fixed but I still haven't got the update so who knows. Honestly Sony made GB for Xperia so good you hardly notice the difference when on ICS.

Check out C.1.0 No bugs at all and works like a charm You will be happy with it
Well on my phone the camera is seriously slower now on ICS, that's why I am hoping the update will solve the lag while taking a photo.

Upload your SystemUi.apk i'll take a look to see how different it is from ICS and see if I can do anything.
Power toggle
You can try Setting Extended. It is so beautiful.
And a new ICS version released. 6.1.1.b.1.54.
After this update you can also try Munjeni's V14 rom. It's so fast. Processor overclocked to 1.5 Ghz. Memory tweaks and much more.
Click thanks if i helped u.

ROM ICS (4.0.4) 4.1.B.0.587
Phone: Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo MT15i - New in oct 2011
My frontcamera is suddenly "dead"..and gone from all menus on my Neo.
It is not possible to choose from the camera settings anywhere.
It does not work in skype, or other third party apps.
When i hit service tests with *#*#7378423#*#*, choose secondary camera it says: "the device does not support this function"
It was avail for some time in camera settings, but when i chose it, it froze the whole phone.
But as describe above, now it is all gone.
Consider it lost and just move on?
Or does anyone have some other suggestion? Software fix?
PS: I tried flashing back to gingerbread and so on.. no luck.
Considered flashing. 587 again?
Maybe that'll help you
If not,it's possibly a hardware defect

I did, both rom and kernel.
No effect.
Seems like a hardware effect, but i am not sure.
Strange thing, seems like i am not alone with this, after jumping from GB to ICS on a neo mt15i
Also i un-installed cam app, and reinstalled again. No effect.
The only system apps i have frozen or un-installed by systemcleaner, are update center and update service and all Facebook apps.

Buy another phone mate
Sola doesn't have jb and has 512mb ram. I suggest you sony xperia p if you don't want to spend more money 1gb ram and official jb.
Anyway back on topic:
1)GB: Good battery life, stable, no lags, dialer not lags.
2)ICS: battery life not so good, lags like hell dialer. Sometimes is really annoying have to wait 3-5 secs to make dialer open. Although, there are really good mods for ics on apps section that will not work on gb.

As far as the latest news from SONY goes, there is no word on a JB update for Sola. And as far as I know there will never be. Sony is one of the worst companies at providing Android Upgrades.

yes, but I read that are not very stable, and that some things still do not work ..
then I enjoy it a bit with GB and in the future I'll enjoy to do some changes (this is nice )
once upgraded to ICS / JB you can return to the original GB?
