Here's my custom Digital Dream ROM that I've been working on. Its based off the RUU ICS Global ROM 4.03.605.2 710RD that I extracted from Android Police.
I deodexed the ROM in Linux using Dsixda's Android Kitchen and made it as bloat free as possible.

If your not on global firmware, follow steps bellow:
Requirements:
***S-Off***
***MicroSD Card Reader***
***Computer***
Internal memory will get nuked.
Steps:
1. Put PH98IMG-global-firmware, PH98IMG-ra-recovery, and ROM on MicroSD Card.
2. Rename PH98IMG-global-firmware to PH98IMG.
3. Press Volumn Down, Power to flash PH98IMG.
4. Pull MicroSD Card to computer and rename PH98IMG-ra-recovery to PH98IMG.
5. Press Volumn Down, Power to flash PH98IMG.
6. Pull MicroSD Card to computer and delete PH98IMG.
7. Press Volumn Down, Power to enter recovery, full wipe and flash ROM.

I modded this up a little and it's working quite nicely. You are doing something right as you have not broken the basic Verizon apps like My Verizon and Mobile Hotspot (yeah I know just use WiFi tether yada yada). I figure if the Verizon apps work the modding has not munged the ability to run other apps as well.

When folks say sound isn't working on AOSP roms, do they mean ALL sound or just for media? I could live without media sound for a while, but my ringer has to ring or it's a deal-breaker. Half the time, I don't notice the vibration until I hear the ringer.

All sound is gone. From the speakers, media apps, YouTube, Settings menu, etc. Anything you can think of doesn't have working audio.

Recent apps was removed from the notification window. You can still hold the home button and bring up recent apps that way.

While I hate Sense, especially 3.6, this is damn stable. I'm gonna stick with it until AOSP is fully functional.
Btw, you added just the essential tweaks without going crazy, and I thank you for that.

Having an issue with vvm never completely loading.... Am I alone on that? Love the other tweaks so far, thanks.

Worked great, i flashed the sense 5 menu for the button remap which made the battery settings go away, and then flashed this, brought back old settings menu and the menu remap is still working, so no 3 dot menu on my screen,also brought back battery menu thanks for this!

Pull the chrome.apk and edit the .png.

Flashed again, turned wifi off; no luck, still won't pass account status screen. very strange.
Where can I get this clock and also how did you get rid of the Google search bar. Thank you very much.

I believe that clock widget is from beautiful widgets in the play store. Only way I know to get rid of search bar is to use a different launcher. Nova looks identical to the stock launcher but is more customizable

I dont understand the point of using visual voicemail anymore with so many apps and services out now that do wut vvm does x10 and for free. i.e. Google voice, youmail, etc. Youmail is wut I use. It has some awesome features. You could spend hours just messing with the individual greetings alone. Why pay for a pretty barebones app by today's standards when u can get the latest and greatest for free?

Thx for creating this. Just flashed the GE rom for the first time and love it but the one thing I am missing on Sense 5 and GE roms is volume wake.
Now I see there is a volume wake mod in this pack. Is it possible to only flash that and the battery percentage only? I am not interested in the inverted apps, etc.

Does anyone know of an inverted contacts app that is compatible? I'm assuming the regular aosp ones probably won't work. All the inverted apps that I found the links were down anyway though.
