Or maybe you just moved the one from Neo and not from Neo V section or vice versa ?
However,now both are in Themes and Apps section !

You're correct, I did not realize it had been posted in both sections. I knew I wasn't crazy when I thought I moved it the first time! Still MODERATOR FAIL!
