i hate how the drawer stops by pages. it's stupid and not useful.
i tried a honeycomb theme that made it so it only stopped once in the middle and that was great.
unfortunately the update to the theme messed up my phone so i'm back to normal.
how do you get rid of the page scrolling?
yes i want to keep using sense for now im aware i could just use launcher pro

If you can't find the theme/mod that does it, use SynergyROM. That has it built-in.

Myn released warm for the Evo 3D? Where can I get this?
It doesn't seem to be in the development section.
hypothetically speaking you should be able to pull the com.htc.framework.jar from a rom that doesnt have the pagenated scroll and push it to your /system/framework and it should work.. should is the key word though.. thats all the zip did, but obviously it would need to be a 2.3.4 version..

the thread is over at rootzwiki.com under the 3d development there.. he just posted in a general thread here that nightlys are coming.. so i assume once that takes place he will post a thread here.. also in that same thread it has links to the thread at rootz as well as to a place to download..
It's easy to do. steelh has a nice guide and even made the line .png transparent so you don't have to fire up photoshop or whatever.ilu

For easy and simple way to remove pagination is to flash SteelH's mod. Here's a link.

CAN ANYONE port these lockscreen for our sg3
These are damn cool!
Sent from my GT-I5800 using Tapatalk
I Wish that some developer can look in this matter
The one seen in 00:40 and 00:50 are available on Android Market.
The last one has been ported to SG3 and i have seen it in a forum in XDA, related to lockscreen, don't remember link.
Try searching it.
I remember it has many lockscreen.
if you do not find it, reply me. I will post the zip and link so you can get it.
The last one has been ported. It's called MIUI Lockscreen. You will have to install the 9-Lockscreen Mod for that.
I found an app which has lockscreens like these. It's called GoLockscreen. You will need to have Go Launcher for that.

I reallly like the HoneyComb update for the HTC Flyer but one thing I absolutely hate is the App drawer being in landscape mode and only using some of the available screen space. I prefer the portrait 4 column style like in Gingerbread.
I know there are apps like ADW and Launcher Pro to achieve this but they make the icons in the app drawer tiny and so far apart it looks silly.
What I'm curious about is if there is anyway to just change the app drawer without needing to install a replacement launcher I.e. a hack to bring back the app drawer from Gingerbread maybe?
Apologies if this is a stupid question
nope, not a stupid question, in fact if you look in the LeeDroid HC ROM thread you will see how to do it.

Try AppDrawer app from Play store and see if that is an option.
This is a stock DE-Odex ROM de-bloated, with some AOSP themeing.
Android-looking as possible while keeping the TouchWiz features working.

I try to keep the system as functional as possible but remove as much as possible. This may or may not cause instability using certain functions. Flash at your own risk.
Know issues: VZW Backup Assistant Plus in Settings causes a FC. ill try to get it out of there.
Basics
4.1.1 Stock Rooted Deodex Debloated
3.0.36 Perseus Kernel Alpha28
Some AOSP Theme, black status bar
Wifi notification gone, WIFI TOGGLE ADDED. finally
Wifi Tether works, may add toggle to status bar
Many UI noises removed including camera(reboot may be required for ringtones to show, also, camera noises are required by law in some states. check your nearest map if you dont know what state youre in)
some Cyanogenmod alerts and rings
removed live wall papers, boot animation
other things
YOU MUST BE ROOTED WITH AN UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER AND RECOVERY. FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK
IF IN TWRP, WIPE DATA/CACHE/SYSTEM, FACTORY RESET, INSTALL FILE, REBOOT, ENJOY
IF CWM, LET ME KNOW, HAVENT TRIED IT FOR THIS YET

On any modern device, there is no advantage to being Odexed outside of a slightly faster initial boot time, and a little saved storage space. It will give you no added performance benefit after the first boot.

Let me know how it goes. I haven't unlocked/rooted yet, but when I do I'll probably flash this ROM. I'm interested in your feedback regarding tethering, gps lock, and bluetooth. Best of luck.
Okay this ROM seems to work pretty dang good!
If you are looking for a really De-Bloated ROM you can't beat this. Also the ASOP theme is nice.
Hotspot works out of the box. GPS locks right on.
One major problem for me is there is no email app in the ROM.
Good job OP. I like it!

Thanks, I appreciate it! Sorry about the email app removal; I only use gmail accounts and I like taking out anything possible without losing functionality. Happy holidays guys
This was the first ROM I flashed to my note II. It worked very well. It was missing some key features like Mail and Google talk. I ended up going back to my stock backup.
I just lost patience with pulling the apps from titanium backup application. I may come back to this ROM after I have played with some of the others.
Thank you, OP for this ROM. I really like it, a lot. Coming from Gnex and AOSP ROMs, for a long time (since eclair). Great job. Just what I was looking for.
Shelooga, everything's working fine. Have android notifications, but not ringtones. Downloaded ringtones from another xda thread but get an error message when trying to add any of them. Any ideas appreciated.
Edit: works fine after reboot.

Hello everyone... As the title says, I am looking to get rid of the black bar or make it transparent on the lock screen... I have tried a few thing and can not seem to get it... Is there any other method to try besides these here???...
1. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1629653
2. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
3. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2209937
4. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2029712
Currently using Links #1 and #2 for the transparent bar, but does not work for the lock screen... I have attached 3 pics as to what happens when I use Link #3 for the status bar, although everything else seems to work... Link #4 does not work at all... I flashed the zip and once I reboot it stays on the splash screen... So I pulled the battery and used my back up to get it to boot again... Is there any way to get the Simplistic Framework to function with our Verizon Note 2 ( SCH-I605) ??? But most importantly eliminate this status bar on the lock screen or make transparent... Thank you for any help you can provide...:fingers-crossed:
So no one has any suggestions or know of something that works??? I am still looking and came across this link...
----- > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37466852
I flashed the zip that is there and it did nothing for me... If I was a little more daring I would try the apk tool that he used... Would any one here like to try and make that zip work for the Verizon Note 2???

If you are on a TW ROM it won't work, it states in the first few lines of the OP it is only for AOSP Roms.
Also I believe the Xposed framework has an add on that allows what you're wanting.

OK, from what I've found you need to install the Xposed framework and then install the Tweakbox, the only problem is the tweakbox I've found is for ICS. It may or may not work. That was the way I found to do it in the thread. I will keep looking because there is still one that I remember reading that I haven't found.
Here is a blog link that says it works for ICS and JB so hopefully it will work, this one explains it with pictures so it should be easy to do:

Well that suck ass bad, it is supposed to remove it from both from what I understood but apparently it does not work. There were posts in that thread that said it didn't work either but there were some that said it did.
If I were you I would back everything up, via nandroid and back your apps up with Tibu, and flash Goodness. There may be other Roms that have it but the only one I know for certain that has it, without going and looking, is Goodness. There most likely won't be a mod made for stock if it hasn't already happened.
When we get official 4.2.2 then maybe, I believe the S4 comes with it stock so if we get the update soon ours most likely will too.

Come to goodness and we will try our damndest to get that worked out for you and the rest of the users. Might take a bit, but we got one hell of a team over here. Just posted another rom for the vzw n2 also.
I asked about this before, and I've done some searching on the subject.
This method works, but only if you use live wallpapers.
Install one of the many home screen status bar transparency mods, then change the home+lockscreen wallpaper to any live wallpaper.
Voila!
I don't know how or why this works, but it does.
The only downside is, as soon as you stop using a live wallpaper, the status bar on the lock screen won't be transparent anymore.

Yes in deed you are correct... I guess I should of mentioned that earlier in my post... The thing with that is you can see the difference in the transparency... I am very particular in how I like things to look... I would much rather it be gone.. But thank you for pointing that out...
Let's hope some one takes this challenge before N3 comes out...
This thread is pretty old but I too was searching how to make that black bar go away. I am on the 4.3 stock rooted and xposed. I found a way to do this within 20 minutes of searching.
