Sharing from Gallery/Camera via Email

Hi,
For some reason I'm not getting Email coming up as an option for sharing a picture from the Gallery application - its also not an option in the Gallery menu view.
Am I missing something obvious here or is it a bug?
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Open gallery and display any photo . Tap share icon > see all > scroll down and select which email client .........
Edit: works same way via camera app after taking photo

Strange. Maybe post your firmware details so other with same can check off it's a firmware issue?
Are you using stock?
Asking the obvious. Sorry. You do you have an "email" account setup?

Hi,
At least sharing a picture via S3 and Tapatalk went well - attaching firmware details which yes is stock.
I have two accounts set up in the email app - one is Exchange and the other is iCloud.

I have the same issue. I have a gmail account setup and working fine but its not available as an option for sharing from the gallery.
Stock firmware.
As a workaround I can send the photo to edit and share from there, but it's a pain.

What are your firmware details?
I'd flash some newer firmware with Odin

As usual, backup first.

How to access my Google account notes

Hi
Just as the title says how can I read my Google notes in my phone?
The build in note isn't connected to Google it seems as one would expect.
Sent from my GT-I9305 using Tapatalk 2
Is there really no one who uses the notes from their google account?
On my iPhone it connected the build-in notes program with google notes so it downloaded my notes from google and also uploaded any new notes i made, i really miss this on my android now
If you know any way to achieve this please let me know. Thanks!
Open Gmail third icon along "manage labels", Scroll down to notes
Sorted

Problem with this proposal is that i can not edit the notes from phone as a "note". They are handled as email using gmail android application.
So question is still open....
Or use evernote?

Which email client to attach files like PDF/rar?

Kaiten mail doesn't work, neither does the stock client.. Any to recommend?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
I use an add in to Gmail that allows me to attach any file type inside Gmail.
It's called "attach files" I think.

An app in play store? I do know that the Sammy file manager allows me to do that if I remember. I'm using cm 10.1 now hence I don't have it..
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
I think k9 mail can. At least with pdf files I used it. So I guess with any file extension.
You can always change the extension by adding .txt for example and explaining it in your mail.

Email zoom

Is there any way to zoom out in the stock email app?
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
The font is absolutely HUGE. You can zoom in, but can't zoom out and I get like 12 lines on the screen.
Outside of making the system font smaller I don't think there is a way to do it within the stock rom. If you're rooted and have Xposed installed, you can always make the DPI of the Gmail app lower.

I did change system font. I'm talking about email, not gmail. The system font doesn't apply within an email though, the html prevails but in touchdown, for example, you can still zoom out

Do you mean zoom in and out like auto fit? If so, click on gmail, general setting, then check "Auto-fit messages".

I am NOT talking about Gmail. My point is the the native e-mail app text is HUGE even though my system font size is "tiny".
bump... This is a ridiculous shortcoming. changing dpi affects the folder/conversation lists but not the content of an email. When writing an email, you can only fit like 5 lines on the screen. It is terrible

EDIT: sorry to have taken up real estate on this topic, I jumped the gun without fully reading all replies and just realized you weren't speaking of Gmail... My bad.

Facebook app was updated some time ago to autoplay videos. You could disable it in the app settings whereas you only have this option "disable and only play on wifi"

So you are talking about videos you need to tab and open in an app? Check you app settings and change the standard app to open.
