Download the ftf, extract it, dump the sin file using flashtool (flashtool>advanced/tools>sin editor). Download yaffey and open the system.yaffs2 with it. Extract the home apk from /system/app/ and put it on your phone, reboot and see if it works. Otherwise install it in system directory and correct permissions
Problem solved.Found it! Thnx

There is no ftf file located in SUS, PCC, or bridge. When you Download a firmware there will be some file and you have to make ftf file using flashtool if I am not wrong.

Hi, I am answering your question with cm10.1 unofficial nightly build. I haven't tested PacMan 23 but I am completely happy with cm10.1.
I found they are not various but they have some differences in UI. It depends on your using type.
You can see their screenshots in their specific topics in Xperia P Development Topic.

Well if you have rooted your phone and your phones bootloader in unlocked, follow this:-
1. Download all these files :-
- The ROM
- SD Card Kernel Fix Zip
- Remove OC Kernel Fix Zip
- Gapps for CM10.1
2. Place the ROM zip on your phone internal memory.
3. Extract the boot.img out of your ROM zip on your PC fastboot folder. (Need to have fastboot drivers installed)
4. Flash this kernel using fastboot. (Command: "fastboot flash boot boot.img" after connecting your device in fastboot mode to the PC and changing the current directory to fastboot directory by using command "cd C:\fastboot". Your fastboot folder must be in C drive and named fastboot.)
5. Reboot (Command:- "fastboot reboot")
6. Enter CWM Recovery by Pressing Vol- Button again and again before and while SONY logo appears.
7. Wipe Data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik Cache (Dalvik Cache is in advanced menu)
8. Flash ROM.
9. Flash Gapps.
10. Reboot
11. Enter the required info. after boot and edit "build.prop" in "/system" of your phone. (Do it by using any file manager having root access)
12. Add "persist.sys.strictmode.disable=1" at the end.
13. Save the file.
14. Reboot.
15. Switch Off The Phone.
16. Connect it to PC via fastboot.
17. Flash SD Card Kernel "boot.img". (Command:- "fastboot flash boot boot.img". Note that the boot.img file must be in fastboot folder)
18. Reboot (Command:- fastboot reboot")
19. Open file manager and locate "/system/etc/init.d" and delete the file "02 sd card script".
20. Reboot.
21. Switch Off
22. Connect it to PC again in fastboot mode.
23. Flash the Remove OC kernel "boot.img"
24. Reboot.
25. You are done!
