Hello guys, I'm new here, hope not doing nothing wrong posting this here. Also sorry for my english.
Ok, I just got a problem with my SE LWW. Suddenly its doesn't boot from CM10 kernel anymore (don't know why), also tried the MESA kernel, no luck. The screen turns on, but it keeps just black all the time. I can flash CM7's kernel and then flash CM7, can flash CM9's kernel and then flash CM9. Only CM10 gives me this problem now. I tried older builds and newer build, but nothing. Flashed Stock .tft and then tried to migrate to CM10, still no luck.
When I was ok running CM10 I flashed CM7 just to run some tests, then when I tried to get back to CM10 I got this problem. :crying:
Is there a solution? Will I be able to flash CM10 with stock kernel yet? I don't know what to do anymore...
Please help me if possible.
Thanks in advanced.
Try flash FXP152 kernel, if flash you flash FXP201 kernel your phone will not boot. It's happen to me too.

Thanks man! Tried a while ago and it booted as normal. :fingers-crossed:
Now... If I update to latest CM10 for coconut from get.cm and flash the provided newest kernel, do you think I'll get the same problem again?
Thanks in adv.
yes you will get the same problem again...... this happened with fxp138 àlso.... and then it was fixed in the next update.... so i guess all you have to do is just wait for the update to come...........

Hmm... That's odd, cause I was using the latest version from get.cm with no problem... That happened just because of CM7 flashing I guess. But ok, I'll wait for a new version and test it.
Thanks for the advice.

No problems for me. I have the kernel that comes with the nightly cm10 builds for my LWW. And I have the latest nightly updated on January 7.

Well, try FXP 152... I believe it'll boot and work... Give it a try, then you just need to update to lastest release. Good luck.

Hi,
I installed ROM KA18 with kernel v1.0 RC3:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566871
KA18 works good, the problem is when I upgrade to ROM KA19 that the device starts a loop, all I get is the Sony logo and then the Xperia logo over and over again.
My phone is an Xperia neo.
I know that the bootloader is unlocked because ROM KA18 works fine.
Make a full wipe (data, cache and dalvik cache).
already tried clearing everything, factory reset, clearing Dalvik cache, and I get the same result. Boot loop.
Try with another kernel.
Sent from my Sony Xperia Neo using XDA
I just tried with XNeo ICS v1.1 and got the same result...
I got tired of trying different kernels and the same boot loop so I decided to stick with KA18 for the moment. at this point I need to make some calls .
If somebody finds a solution, please let me know, thanks!

just use inteks ICS kernel. i'm using it since KA16 and everything works perfectly in KA19 for me. here is the kernel: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1521309
oh and next time, ask your question in that ROM's own thread.

Hi,
Thanks for the information, I will test the Kernel later today.
I was going to ask in the ROM's thread but I was not able because you need to have 10 post to post in a development threat and I didn't have 10 yet.
I have KA19
to install it please
Install a fresh KA18
Install KA19
reinstall KA18
Install KA19
Don't wipe data or cache or dalvik..never!
I use night elf rc3 kernel
just flash this
Code:
mediafire.com/?gd5dfh51tl2sqle
and flash stock rom
As the title suggests, I recently tried all ICS kernels that I know and none of them booted to even the recovery screen before I got a WLOD. I really want to be on ICS so can someone please help?
I have tried all available ICS in this forum, but none of them seem to work properly or im flashing something wrong... So stick to GB for now and when you get a very stable kernel and ROM... flash that... as fas as i know Championswimmers AKOP port is almost done expect some data issues (thats what i red when i saw it last)... But if you decide to flash ICS, just amke sure you are using proper "Kernel"....
Happened the same to me with kcernel. What I did was flash a stock room with flashtool and then flash fxp-127 kernel, and that worked for me to instal remyICS.

i have just updated to the lastest cm10.1 nightly update today and when i re-flash siyah 1.8.6 all sorts of problems breaks loose.
the cyanogen bootup logo was extremely slow and when the phone eventually booted up it was unusably lagging.
i has to restore from a backup and when i tried to reinstall siyah again, the same thing happens. I think i am correct to assume that it is the kernel that is causing the problems.
i am now using the stock cm kernal but i am missing the fact i can overclock my beast
anyone else having this issue and will it be fixed on further cm updates or will it be a siyah updating issue??
Thanks

Have you installed 1st or 2nd rom ?
Have you tried the new update ? (Siyah 1.8.7)
Problem verifyed with: Yank.555 1.4, Siyah 1.8.6
Do not install these kernels with the latest CM10.1 nightly (13. jan) - use stock or Siyah 1.8.7 instead
This is quite strange because I use the Rom ReVolt 3.3.3 available here.
It uses Android 4.2.1 and I have Siyah Kernel 1.8.6.
So there might be a sort of compatibility ...
I have upgraded to the 1.8.7 and its fixed the problem ;]

hey guys cynogenmod is almost perfectly working for our own togari.................................give it a try.
Here is the link
http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=togari&type=
Edit: Running the latest nightly for two straight days just aw************* buttery smooth and awesome battery life works like charm...............By the way i am a heavy user lot's of videos and net about camera it's you know ok....
awesome. good work man
been using it for the past few days and it's pretty much all good (apart from the camera)
I'd love someone to build an unofficial build with lockscreen notifications tho. i'd do it myself if i could ><
What's the difference ...
Whats the difference between the builds on the official CM site like these:
http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=togari&type=[/QUOTE]
And the FreeXperia builds from here:
https://sites.google.com/site/projectfreexperia/download/cyanogen-mod-11
Is it a different team? Same team just posting later? Or something else?

You must have a C6833. I have a 02. I flashed every which way. From 4.3 and from 4.4, from BE ROM and from AOKP ROM, with wipe and without wipe, wiping dalvik and cache before, after and before and after. I spent an entire day. Flash boot.img and everything else I could think of. Nothing works. I just found out from another thread it's a common problem for the 02 model since February 12. It just keeps giving me the boot loop.

Well first of all i also have c6802 ............... It's not the issue with 33 or 02 ,06 nothing at all i can guarantee it....... let start from other rom as you said you flashed aokp rom ,,,, now put the cm rom into sdcard boot into recovery twrp preferred wipe check cache dalvick cache system data if you can back up your internal storage wipe data internal storage also(just do it one time as you suffered a lot).........After that reboot into recovery and simply power off the phone now extract the boot.img from cm zip.....put it anywhere opern flashtool connect your device into fastboot mode and flash your boot.img through it......... now boot straight to recovery and flash the rom...............done and about 99.9% sure it will go just fine ........:good:

OK, thanks for trying with me. I've done a nandroid backup and proceeded with the upgrade, using the latest boot.img. Same thing - boot loop. Which is weird. I've never had a problem with CM. I can install every other ROM without any problems - I don't understand why it's so difficult with CM this time. I have install the Free Xperia project version of CM and all goes well, I can boot into it. I've tried upgrading to the newer version - I see the "Android is upgrading..." message, then Finishing boot... and it stays of finishing boot for a long time then restarts and goes into a boot loop. SIGH. No more CyanogenMod for me, I guess. But thanks a lot for trying to help me here! Really appreciate you having spent your time. Cheers!
