Hi, When I try and use the voice search function on Google Now, it comes up with "Unfortunately, Google Search Has Stopped"
Please HELP!!!!!

Answer use search first .
Try clearing data in Google now via apps manager .

Hello I have Samsung Galaxy mini and flashed it with stock Froyo 2.2 ROM but when I installed the ROM and I didn't find the Android Market\Google Play App, But I searched for this problem at google and the only solution for this problem is downloading the market apk file, And I downloaded and installed it but another problem appeared, When I open the market it gave me a force close Error, What should I do ?
Help needed please. Thanks

delete ur Google a/c , open play stores then reconfigure with ur google a/c and check
If it gives you "force close", uninstall it and download this Google Play, it should work.

I've got a problem in all APOK based ROM... Precisely I've tested Vanilla RootBox and Resurrection Remix: the Google Voice crashes, with no reason! If it crashes in the message application, I become unable to write, and every 10 second appear "the application was stopped" and to restore the keyboard I have to go to disable the voice searching in the phone settings... in other applications, it crashes and the application close its window...
I searched in the internet, but I haven't found anything.. anyone can help me please?

mate look in system/app for Velvet.apk . erase it and install from playstore .
search for Google Now .
try like this and tell us if it worked .

I don't have a Velvet.apk in /system/app folder...
ok then install from playstore Google Now .

i am using Acer Iconia Smart (S300) with Smartoonay 1.0 Rom its based on Android 2.3.3
the problem was with you tube it was giving error to update google play services
i was trying to update it but it was giving me error too
so i uninstalled google play services and guess what now i cant use play store anymore
because google play services is not installed
tell me how to fix it
and all my contacts are gone too because of Google play services

Try reinstalling GApps
i restored my previous backup and now google play store is working.
but i want to fix Youtube , in my apps it shows that google play services is installed.
but why the youtube is giving me error ?? that you need to install google play services.
when i try to install GPS(google play services) it says "Incompitable with other applications using the same user ID"
tell me now how to fix this !

try to uninstall YouTube app from playstore, then reinstall again

it only shows me to uninstall updates i uninstalled it
is there anyway i can update its GAPPS to latest

I forgot the thread of gapps, but you can type on search button, type it, "latest gapps"
note: you must root your phone to install it

i have rooted and cwm is installed im not sure which GAPPS to install that'll work with it

LOS13.0 working great with Lumia720 windows mobile.Any Idea about it's updates for camera detection fix and google play install issue.
Had tried to install 14.1los but it bootlooped and hanged...so settled for los13..tested ..and found it excellent.but unable to link my google account with the device.kindly suggest any work around for this is anyone has tried this?

Finally did install gapps through twrp.working but it updates Play services without notifying so device becomes slow.
Settled with only Google account manager . working great with magisk .

Just reset my MyGica 1800e android box ARM (S812/S802) and now i am unable to use the Google Play store app. Was able to a few hours ago before doing a reset.
The box is running Android Lollipop and when i open the Google playstore to log in i get the message " there was a problem communicating with google servers".
I have clear cache on the Google play store , google play services . I have rebooted numerous times. I am in desperate need of help please ????

Tried that went up a version and still no go.
how do i update the Play Store to a newer version ?
Update :
SUCCESS !!!! After numerous attempts at logging in with my existing gmail account and getting the error " there was a problem communicating with google servers". I tried everything from update Google Services to clearing cache , playing around with host files etc.
After trying logging in on google play store setup window with "Existing" i decided for the fun of it to try "New" and follow the setup to create a new google account. After going throught the setup "VIOLA" i was in and seems to be working now with new account . Which is really weird . But F it , its working and thats all that i care about
Hope this helps others as i have spent 2 sleepless nights trying to fix this !!!!
