I can't remove the shortcut icon quick launch on lock screen. it show unfortunately the setting has stopped. any ideal to fix it?

Hi guys,
Why am I unable to go into the brightness tab? I'm lost.
Auto brightness also doesn't seem to work on the notifications center. Only the slider works, manually.
