Htc evo 3d cdma no boot - HTC EVO 3D

I have new HTC Evo V 4G also known as HTC EVO 3D CDMA.
I have unlocked bootloader and the turned S-off using juopunut bear.
I have used JmzStock_VM_Shooter_Odex ROm and my Hboot is 1.57.
I just used this command in cmd and the Device was bricked.
fastboot oem writesecureflag 3
I tried many methods always get I/O error and the device disconnects in linux.

try that tool kit and see how it works for you ...if not there is another unbricking way but takes longer
next time relock your bootloader first THEN do the fastboot oem writesecureflag 3

[Q] Help using the HTC unlock bootloader method

I tried searching around for information unlocking the bootloader ver 1.50 on my EVO 3D but it doesn't get to the screen where it shows the disclaimer if you want to unlock the boot loader or not. I am on HBOOT 1.50 and the software version is 2.17.651.5 and android 2.3.4. I followed the method on HTCDEV dot COM and also read somewhere it works with software version 2.08 and LATER.
So basically while the phone is in FASTBOOT USB and I use the "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" code in the command prompt it just stays on the FASTBOOT USB screen and doesn't pull up the disclaimer. Anyone have what may be wrong?
Thanks

Follow those directions and you wont have an issue.
did you cd to the right directory in command line?
Was having this same damn problem..just got an EVO 3D yesterday and wouldn't get past the unlock code part..so just run the 2.08 RUU and I'm good to go?

You can check Setting>Power>Fast boot being ticked? If so un-tick.
This messed me up once ...

I have a brand new, three day old 3devo. It came with 2.08 and Hboot 1.5. I did the OTA update to 2.17.
Mine wouldn't let me "drop back" to 2.08. I had to re-install 2.17 over the "OTA" update that was on my phone using the RUU 2.17 executable
Once I reinstalled 2.17, I was able to get a new unlock code from HTC and everything went through like it should.

Just Unbricked HTC EVO 3D CDMA Hboot 1.40

Device :
HTC EVO 3D CDMA
HW 02
HBoot 1.40
ROM 1.13 Stock
Chronolog :
- Im on Hboot 1.40 S-Off
- In some reason im planning to S-On my device
- So i flash RUU 1.13.exe
- After Done with flashing, i entering fastboot mode to enter S-On Command ( "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" ) source
- Done with S-On im back to S-Off and flash Custom recovery
- AND Accidently i enter S-On Command again ( "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" )
- Its Bricked ( LED still on but very dimmed, wont boot at all, adb can't find the device/no respond )
Solution :
- I flashed emmc_recovery and hboot from linux ( i use ubuntu 11.x ), this method i got from unknownforce Downgrade Hboot Method
- The diffrence was my baterry still pop in My Evo.
- Every step ive succes message with different output number.
I Make this thread just wanna share my experience, maybe other people need it someday.

[Q] get rid of ***RELOCKED***???

has anybody succesfully gotten rid of ***RELOCKED*** on the 3d after rooting? i went back to stock so i am s-on again but want to get rid of the relocked message.
I have a gsm model. Reflashed ruu via pg86img to older version from my carrier. Then fastboot command 'fastboot oem writesecureflag 3' and then I was back to s-on showing lock not relock
I was revolutionary s-off

Same here got the ruu from xda then run the ruu then head to %TEMP% folder in windows and copy the rom.zip then rename it to PG86IMG.zip place it on sd , boot into bootloader on phone and update. this makes your phone like brand new from factory then connect to pc open command prompt and type "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" this turns s-off too s-on after this reboot bootloader and you will see ***locked*** s-on
But to do that, you have to be s-off first.
Otherwise there's no way to flash the img via bootloader if i'm not mistaken.
I just tried it (s-on / relocked) and neither the flashing or the fastboot command works unfortunately

cant you use the revolutionary method to s-off then flash the ruu zip? then use the command to s-on again. worked for me on hboot 1.4.9.0018 this gives you ***locked*** not relocked!

Warranty with who? If sprint, they don't even care, you don't need to do all this...

Im having the issue when I put the zip file on my sd card it shows no image in bootloader. I renamed it correctly and im relocked with s-on. im trying to root my 3d.

HTC Warranty.I'm from Europe
ok i do have sprint...i want the locked message...not relocked.
For me on Sprint version, no matter what I did it would show relocked if I was on hboot 1.50. If i was on hboot 1.40 it was fine. So I stayed 1.40 on went s-on. But HTC may actually upgrade it and check. Not sure.
so if im hboot 1.50 and root, i could downgrade to 1.40 then flash a ruu to loose root and it will show locked in stead of relocked?
does this work if i unlocked the bootloader with the HTCDev method instead of revolutionary?? my evo 3d is GSM

Help needed

Hello guys so long time ago (8 months) i bricked my device it got qhsubs_dlload s-off
so it is dead
however today i managed to do something after i took the phone to work on
anyway i managed to make fast boot work!!!
it detected my device however with the name of
000000000000 fastboot
and cid is the same one i left it with
which is
cid: 11111111
and i managed to get my identifier token
so basicly i have all of it and sent it to HTC DEV
however i could not get the unlock_code.bin
it says invalid token and ****
so what can i do with fastboot
and is there anyway i can flash a boot loader?
or i can unlock device without htc dev or anything?
like flash ruu so help me please
Wrong thread. You can use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2124142 to downgrade your Hboot and to get soff with Revolutionary. With Revolutionary Hboot you dont have to unlock your device.

The only way to revert to S-on, is to enter this command in fastboot:
fastboot oem writesecureflag 3
Warning: you MUST be on an oem stock hboot variant to use this command. Otherwise you WILL brick your phone.
