So far my 3Ds soft key lights just won't turn off. They're on in hboot, recovery, and on the splash screen. When the screen is off, the keys are on.
I've tried multiple roms, and I've even ran multiple ruus, no change.
Is there anyway to cure this?

I think the white gs3 looks great with no lit keys in the day so I leave them off and it makes it appear like the phone just had a home button.. Do you guys leave yours on in the day?

I hate the backlights, I also leave them off.
I do the same but I have the blue one and they don't appear on the device which is nice

They don't appear on either device.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
I leave them off, you don't need them to light up since there's only two, one of each side of the home button. It was only really important on the Galaxy S and S2 when you had 4.
My home button just stopped working..?? i click the home button but it doesnt respond..!! Neway i can know wether its a hardware or a software fault.

Re-flash your smartphone with a fresh copy of ROM. If the Home button still not works in new Rom, its hardware fault.
Button Savior
it's more likely a hardware fail .. but u can overcome this partially by an app on playstore called button savior

Hi all, I'm using the latest JB leak and I have noticed that some games end up causing the screen to go black as if it's turned off. Anyone have a fix for this issue?

What ROM are you running?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
i have the same problem too i tried ARHD and OMEGA. Both had same problem ( Arhd 5.0.0 dont know if problem still exists )
Everytime you boot up your phone you have to select it manually as far as i know.
the developer setting will not stick... I tried... The final solution is to change the ROM... I switched to XXDLH5... It works perfectly fine...
I'm on DLH6 4.1.1

Hi, I bought a day ago s3 blue pebble and comparing it with another one of my friends (always pebble blue), I noticed that the brightness of its softkey is much stronger.
Is there a way to increase this brightness?
Nope
Mine is dim aswell. Compared to my GS1 which is bright as the sun.

I have mine turned completely off - I think they make the phone look extremely dated, especially when many devices come solely with on-screen buttons now.
