If you search a bit, then you can find many guides:good:
And btw, you posted in the wrong section. Should have been in Q&A, troubleshoot section.

You need to be rooted, if you don't have root look in the stickies for the guides on how to get root.
If you are rooted then you need to install cwm recovery which is available in the dev section on my arc v5 works best.
You then need to download the file to your sd card.
power down the phone then restart the phone but once you see Sony logo start pressing the back button or volume buttons constantly.
When you get to recovery menu select the install custom zip by using the menu key to move down the menu and pressing the home key to select look for file you downloaded and select install reboot phone and it should work.
as precaution do a full backup from within the recovery, incase it should go wrong, you can then restore system back to normal
Hope this has helped

Ohhk, please reply there ASAP!
What do you mean? And where have you replied in the Development forum?

Drivers problem..
Use flashtool.. install it first.. then go to drivers folder.. u will see a list of phones.. check the box corresponding to your phone name.. at the end you will find 2 options.. flashboot and fastboot drivers.. check those boxes and install the drivers.. i guess this will solve your problem..
Next time search in the development section, before you post anything..

Wrong section bro. It should be on Q & A.
Click Thanks button to those who help you out. They have to waste their time just to help you.
Don't ask about which Rom is the best and stable because it is disrespectful to developers. You can try out ROMs by yourself to know which is better and also every ROM has it's own pros and cons.
