Flashing a Bell Atrix with AT&T sbf

Is it possible to flash a Bell Atrix with an AT&T sbf in order to make it compatible with Gingerblur. I understand that it has been next to impossible to find a Bell sbf, so it would be nice if this could be an alternative method.

it's next to impossible to find a Bell sbf simply because it's not out there. moto canada has it, and i expect bell probably has it too, but they sure as hell aren't sharing.
also, it is impossible to flash AT&T sbf's to Bell phones. If you download RSD Lite, and an AT&T sbf, then try to flash the sbf, it simply won't start. RSD will recognize that your phone is connected, and will also recognize that you have selected a valid SBF file, but won't let you hit the "start" button to start the flash.

[Q] Revert to stock(unrooted) - Update - reRoot possible??

Is it a possibility for me to revert my phone back to stock with it unrooted, then install the update, then re root my phone with the one click doomlord method? I tried Jerkwad's method of installing the update and my phone didn't take...
Now i've got an error in my status bar saying "Blank Internal Storage, Storage Blank or has unsupported file system"... Which i think is because i tried to restore my phone via a clockworkmod backup i had. It got as far as the "restoring cache" part and failed.
Need help with this before i brick my phone... lol

Flash an official Motorola software with RSD Lite (and MotoHelper drivers).
You can find the softwares in the development sections.
As for other things, search on google.
There is nothing to help you go back to stock for the cdma version everything is GSM
Oh, just noticed you're on CDMA. Yeah, you can't go back to stock.
Will flashing those packages apply to me or just for downgrading?
Current: Arctic ROM 2.3.0 (GSM)
Plan: Stock ROM (651.73.30....3n.eu)
Thanks..
How can I tell if I am CDMA or GSM? I would like to root but not sure if I want to with out being able to go back to stock.

If you have the Droid RAZR from Verizon Wireless in the US of A, you have a CDMA/LTE phone. Else your phone is GSM/UMTS.
Sent from my XT910 using xda premium
well ****.... So no way known yet to go back to stock or am i just not seeing it.
If your device has a sim card slot, it should be GSM otherwise if its locked to a single mobile operater it is cdma. As for being able to reflash and root, check the development section, there is a post on it and it works for me

Change from 717M to 717R

Is there a way to re-flash the 717M to be a 717R?
Like can I take a rogers stock rom and load it on and make it a 717R?
I know that wouldn't unlock the carrier. I unlocked the carrier via IMEI number already though. I just want to get rid of the bell bloatware and have rogers bloatware instead. Will the stock rom from a rogers note actually get me to have a boot screen that says 717R?
I couldn't find anything in a search of someone trying to do the same thing?
If flash a stock Rogers software on a bell note, it will boot up with Rogers boot screen and have rogers apps. I have a telus note installed with bell software.

[Q] Radio help

I have a pair of Verizon XT912's. One has been flashed with the nTelos stock firmware for the XT912 that they carry and has the ability to be activated and used on the network with all functions. It also does not search for the verizon 4g SIM. I have already done a nandroid backup on that phone and wrote it to the one that had verizon stock firmware. The firmware has been changed to ntelos on that second phone, but the radio is still stuck on Verizon. What I want to know is if there is a way to copy the nTelos radio and all of its CDMA settings to the Verizon one and have everything work?
Bump.

[Q] VZW S4 to T-MO S4 - Is it possible?

Due to there being no root at the moment for the latest update MJ7, is there a way to get the Verizon S4 to work with a T-Mobile simcard. I know it has global mode on the phone, but is there a way to install tmobile rom on it or something in order to get it working like a tmobile S4?

There's lots of threads about this. For example, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46357210&postcount=1
Try searching this forum for "t-mobile".
I actually just popped in my Tmobile sim card and it told me that it is a forign sim for me to turn on Global mode, which I did. I then set up the Tmobile APN settings and got the 4G up and running.
See attached screenshot.
