Soft brick, power off your phone, take the battery out, put it back in, hold home+power, it will get you into recovery, either restore a backup or flash a new rom and reboot...

Is this mean that the SIm is locked and if it is, what can I do?
this probably means you don't have a recovery installed, check this page to do so..
follow install recovery and install custom rom parts
you should be fine!
grtz
you do not have a custom recovery image so i think you have to press the volume up and power but i am not sure so give it a try and you will get to the stock recovery
here is a youtube video that someone made on how to root your phone and put the recovery image on your phone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZwxxO5NbHw&feature=iv&annotation_id=annotation_144594
Was uising AOKP latest release and flashed back to stop using this method

First thing to try...
enter 3e recovery and wipe data/factory reset.

I was going to wipe the cache to help with my phone having slowed down quite a bit. When I got to the recovery, I was thoroughly surprised to see this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The last time I went to wipe the cache, I ended up holding the buttons for too long and did... something. All I know is my phone vibrated a few times and then rebooted, but nothing was messed up so I assumed I did a cache-clearing key combination. I've never had something like this happen to me before (I'm new to non-nexus Samsungs).
At the bottom, all I can read is "[...]cation failed" and I can still use it like normal.
Hi
I installed the Prerooted stock rom 32.0.A.6.200 in twrp and did a wipe system before installing.. I'm just wondering if the system should be as big as 20,54gb??
Have i done something wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Something is definitely wrong. I'd take out SD card then wipe everything you can lol

Try flashing squid2's recovery and kernel, try clearing dalvik multiple times, do a factory reset and also format the system partition a couple of times, reboot to recovery and install the OS of you choice.
Note: the first time bootup after a ROM flash is usually slow.
