[Q] CM10 installed, can't see storage. - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys,
I rooted my Galaxy S2 and installed the latest CM10 nightly build on it. It works fine, except that I can't acces the internal storage anymore, which also means that I can't use my camera anymore, can't download any photo's from Whatsapp, etc.
I've tried several kernels and I read somewhere that it had something to do with ClockworkMod partitioning the drive. Anyone can help me out?

Can you mount it?

[SOLVED]Cant get into recovery, i9100 stuck on galaxy Logo

HI,
Galaxy s2 i9100, stuck on "Samsung galaxy S II gt-i9100" screen, unable to get into recovery.
The problem occurred after updating CWM recovery from rom manager.
What can I do?
Should i try flash stock rom via Odin? Download mod still reachable.
Or should i try flash recovery?
comming from wanam 14.1.
any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Which version of Android is Wanam 14?
Since u cannot enter recovery, flash via Odin is ur only option. I don't think flashing a recovery would help..
I have heard many people warn against using ROM Manager with i9100.

[Q] Internal SD card problem

Hello people!
I'm glad that i joined this great forum. I have some problems with my SGS2 (i9100). I've researched about this problem for weeks but couldnt get any answer so i feel this situation is appopriate to open a new thread. Let me describe my problem.
I'm running JellyBAM ROM in my i9100. I am not using any external SD card cause i find my internal storage quite enough. Everytime i put or download something to my internal storage (like mp3, picture) that file gets broken. For example i cant download images from WhatsApp because it says the download cannot be completed in my language. If i manage to download one, it gets "black" in few minutes i can only see it for a while. If i get a mp3 by download or bluetooth i can play it first but after 10 mins it cant be opened. Today i tried to backup my all applications using Titanium Backup, root folder of my internal sdcard or any folder in my sdcard, it says this folder is not writable. I tried to set chmod 777 but it doesnt work.
I really need an info about this situation cause i cannot do anything with my phone. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you very much!

Only apps those have SU permission are:
Xposed Installer, Performance Control, Android Tweaker, Titanium Backup
(Xposed Installer and android tweaker didnt exist in first jellybam version (that I've used long time without problem then i suddenly had this problem with) and i still had those problem)

How did things go wrong suddenly? That means its a ROM issue. Clean flash jellybam to solve it. or use another ROM.

[Q] I cant root Samsung galaxy I9100 flashed with Jelly Bean Offical Stock

Hi all
I just flashed my device Galaxy I9100G with the Stock Official Firmwares as this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1679636
And before i flash i did factory reset from android OS not from recovery mode (Settings -> backup -> Factory reset) then i flashed the Firmwares everything good and it work great, then i try to root as they say here in first method, but after i chose apply update from external storage in recovery mode an error appear saying "E:Failed to mount /sdcard (No such file or directory)" and i don't have an external sdcard i am using internal 16 GB.
Please help me
Sorry if i post in wrong section but i am new user this is my first post and the forum didn't allow me to post in developer section
Sorry for my bad english too
Isn't that method for ICS instead of JB? You can look for a guide that tells you the steps with Odin (in other words: flash a custom kernel with Odin to give you root access).

Of course there is. Otherwise nobody could use rooted JB-roms. Look for Siyah for example.
Yes, as far as I know the steps are the same.

It does work for JB, but unfortunately u require an external SD card for that.

However, I recommend you flash Siyah v6 b5 kernel via Odin.

No way without an sd card.
Siyah is a custom kernel, but its good too. If you want to root with a stock based kernel, use Philz kernel.
U said u have I9100, right? Or is it I9100G?
Siyah doesn't work on I9100G.

That's a really big mistake mate! If you had done anything related to the I9100 on ur device, you would very well have bricked it!
Both have differences in hardware, and hence use different kernels and ROMs.

Thats better! Always mention some stuff you tried or read, so that we feel you have tried to search and failed.
You can flash Siyah or Philz kernel.

Sorry, but recommendations are not allowed on this forum. I suggest you try and see which u like.
To be honest, it doesn't matter which u choose, because once u flash a custom rom, the kernel will be replaced.
If ur really confused...
Philz - same as stock, but improved custom recovery
Siyah - custom kernel, more features, more tweaks
Dorimanx - based on siyah, heavily tweaked and tuned
Jeboo - haven't personally tried, but I think its a tweaked stock kernel
