Touch Calendar.
I find that it's the best way to view your calendar on such a small screen.
I've tried pretty much every calendar app going until I settled for this one.

But SeamanPlayer is slow, isn't it?
Tried it with X10 Mini, and X8 under 2.1 ROMs, they're both laggy and uninstalled.
Good ROMs/apps are stable, fast, small, not turning up unintended with low power consumption without many updates, right?
GTunes is an example, I used to download songs with it with old versions, while new updates simply add ads, and that's why I abandoned it.

When you flash a ROM, what are the apps that you install straight away?
For me it's SetCPU, Root Explorer, Facebook, Evernote, IQuran, ICountFree and Dropbox.
Titanium backup first, root explorer, Script manager, Dropbox. For others,I restore all from backups. (Power Amp, Whatsup, Viber, Tapatalk, etc)

Titanium backup, root explorer, terminal emulator, setCPU, Google Aps (Gmail, talk, youtube), Facebook and Root unistaller.
depending on my mood completely!!
first titanium, then root explorer and then setcpu. these are always fixed.

cm7 theme (white minimalist)
player pro
go sms
quick pic, if it isnt on the rom already obviously
a keyboard (swiftkey X, anysoft keyboard)
and then i spend over an hour setting the settings and applying update zips and no, its no fun if i just make a 1000 backups, i wanna do it every single time

Let me add that if anyone knows of any method (short of uninstalling everything and reinstalling 1 by 1 to see what happens) to check for causes of lag, I'm interested to hear it
thanks

Best bet would be to remove any apps you didnt get from the market or here. Any other apps found on other site contain this ads as well as worse things like keyloggers and software to upload all info to private servers.
Install this and start turning notifications off until you stop receiving the spam... Simple?

That doesn't solve the issue or protect against what else the app might be doing.

Just delete the app itself? If the problem persists you may have to re flash stock rom (risky) if its really that much of a problem.

I think you don't need flashlight app cause we already have that. Also I think clean master is better than advance task killer.
Hope this helps.

Killing tasks with tasks killers don't help.actually, they are bad for battery. You would know that if you READ the forum.
Try Greenify(root required ).it is not a task killer.

Android is based on Linux.
Unlike CPU, free RAM does not necessarily mean better battery life. RAM takes up the same current when half filled/fully filled. So free RAM equals wasted RAM.
Android fills up free unused memory with some apps.
This way when you load those apps, they load faster. Bye if you want to run some apps, the least recent apps are automatically cleared to make free space. You can find this info in the built-in task manager under HELP tab.
But when you disrupt the process using memory cleaners, it does no good. After some time, android fills it up again, which consumes a tiny amount of battery drainage.
