I have a Zeki tb1082b. The touchscreen is not responding. I can use a mouse. Tablet will not enter recovery mode by holding vol- and tapping reset on back. (procedure on Zeki site) I can erase and recover from settings menu. I have done this 2x and still not working. The back of the tablet says TB1082B FID BN. About tablet screen say TB1082 (don't know if this matters) running 4.0.3. The box says that is what it suppose to be running. I have tried using LiveSuit but I can not get it into recovery mode. Step 5 says get it into update mode. I do not know if this is the same thing. There is no damage to the screen or anywhere on the tablet. I tried to update from settings it comes up with an error and says no update available.
Please help.
Thanks.
I followed the post for How to flash zeki tb1082b. When I use Live suite, it keeps telling me that I have an "invalid image file". I downloaded it from the link. Can anyone tell me why this keeps popping up?

Hi, i have tablet Prestigio Multipad 7.0 HD with model name PMP3970B_DUO. When i tested root device with ZhuoDashi 2.3.9, program at 75% fail , because tablet stuck. I´m reset tablet with PWR button. When I turn on tablet, still with starting logo. When I start tablet wit PWR and VOL+ (recovery menu), nothing happens and still with starting logo. When the tablet connects to the PC with PWR and VOL-, PC finds him as an unknown device. Charging works normally.
Tablet is therefore in a state of half-brick. Does anyone have an idea as to how to go back to its original state?
System: Android JB 4.1.1 build: PMP3970B-20130505_v1.0.7.
EDIT: When I connect the tablet to a PC with the VOL-and joins as M3 Chip, when I World_Cup driver for AML flash, but I do not FW, which I'd recorded, if anyone should IMG file, it should go over to fix it. Unfortunately, this is a new device and on the web Prestigio is a rear-FW download.
Nothing? And when I have second this tablet with root, when I save ROM with this?
Sorry, my english is bad.
so I managed to put into operation recovery menu, tablet into it after i turn restartne, I just needed to upload a ROM, could anyone advise me?

hi all my asus memo pad keeps booting to the no usb cable connected screen i accidentally did adb reboot bootloader and now i cant get it to reboot correctly i have not tried to flash anything yet but i cant get it to boot the restore tools from the sdcard it seems hellbent on showing the usb cable screen now :/ is there a way to get it to reboot normally seems dumb that if it did not receive a flash and you power it off it would just boot normally since the os should still be intact..
hello anyone? help please
Same Problem!!! Where do we find the answer????
Tried to unlock the bootloader and the tablet turned off and then restarted with the "no usb connnection"
Searched everywhere and there is no solution posted about this.
Has anyone been able to resolve this? Send me to where you found it.
When it boots it does not read the sd card. It does not try to boot. Automatically goes to "no usb connection".
- have tried : reset button, power and volume up and down, will not boot in safe mode, no response once gets power, goes straight to "no usb connection"
Point me to where I can find the fix, this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
If i find the solution I will post here to help others.
I recently received a tablet from my cousin because it is stuck on an endless boot. We have no idea how it happened either. Thankfully the tablet came with fastboot installed, and I am able to flash .img files to it. the only one that I have been able to find though is the recovery.img file. I really need the others but have completely been unable to find them, or I need another way to reset this tablet. I have no access to any functions, and when I try to go into recovery mode it gives me a dead android bot and says No Command.
Okay, I actually fixed it myself. I found a hidden menu by going into the recovery option -> Hold power button for a few seconds.
not a dead android bot. when you get to that screen, hit the power button.

just hit the power button once real quick, when you see the No Command "dead" bot as you called it.
Hello, I have a tablet sitting in front of me that I need to repair. The tablet will only boot to a screen that shows a usb logo and a white bar, which eventually changes to red. It appears that the device doesn't have a working bootloader and will only go into what seems like a download mode. Connecting the device to the computer shows "CLOVERVIEW" in device manager. Attempting button combinations doesn't provide any results. I do not know how to proceed from here. Any ideas?
This video seems like what I'd need to fix it (Intel manufacturing flash tool), although I don't exactly know how to apply this to my device.

EDIT: Fixed it and did a write-up: http://forum.xda-developers.com/memo-pad-7/general/howto-unbrick-hardbricked-memo-pad-t3105945
However, I managed to get myself stuck at the ASUS splashscreen. Does anyone know of a way to get past the splashscreen or force download mode on a MeMo pad?
Hi all.
I have an Asus TF103C that had been updated to lollipop that is currently (soft?) Bricked
I've been through pretty much all the threads and tried all of the fixes. Still unable to boot into android. I am unsure what step to take next. I cant apply official firmware updates via SD card nor sideload via ADB
Currently I can get it to boot up to a UEFI BIOS screen(where I can only scroll up and down via volume keys on the first page and nothing else.) or a fast boot screen showing firmware version ( 209.05 just incase its needed.) I can get it back to a droidboot screen, but I still cant flash any system img. If it's important this tablet uses an Intel Z3745.
Just a quick bump. Still only have access to the fastboot screen and recovery. I attempted flashing images again, and while it eventually goes through after breaking the image down into smaller parts, upon reboot I'm stuck at the android screen.
Open to any help what so ever.
It should also be noted that upon flashing via fastboot, after the system image goes through, I get the error " Flash Capsule Failed." And then it reboots to just the android screen.
Mine also bricked
Hi cronus2
Did you manage to solve this problems? I gather from your second post that you managed to get past uefi... I'm still stuck there: how did you do that?
Thanks to anyone who can give me some help here...
