Contact pictures

I'm wondering why the contacts pictures are blurry.

My contacts that have pictures from facebook look like they take the facebook profile picture and reduce it down to a size to fit on my contact list and then try to expand that small picture when that picture is shown during a call. Doesnt seem to be the best method for showing contact pictures.

ICS Phone app contact picture size - wish to make it smaller

Hi there,
The new Phone call displays the contact picture a lot larger than in GingerBread. This makes all those low resolution pictures used on GB look crap on ICS, Also, it tells anyone near by whose calling you or who you are calling without having to look at the font.
Is there a way to reduce the size?

[Q] picture dimensions for wallpaper

my phone's screen is 320x480 so I figured I'd do a web search and find pictures that matched those dimensions to find a picture that would fit my screen perfectly as a wallpaper. but when I tried to set that picture as a wallpaper it gave me a tiny square that I was supposed to use to highlight basically the midriff portion of the picture and use that tiny cut-out, even resizing the box didn't help much. am I doing this wrong? should I be taking the width and multiplying it by two or three to appease that little box? or is there a better way to set the wallpaper?

Make Pict Mail larger?

Is there a way to make the picture larger when received in a message? The only way I have found to do it is to save to gallery and then make it larger. The picture shows up about half size on my note 2.
