Any app that would auto login to a wifi hotspot?
At work we got bt-open free wifi. But keep going in and out of the hotspot. Which means I gotta login in via website evrytime I re-enter the hotspot. Any app to do this for me?

I m running ICS 4.0.3 and I am having work wifi with proxy. I have also installed proxy droid and I am able to download apps and browse internet through my wifi. BUT THE PROBLEM is not all apps are having access to Wifi. i.e. Gtalk is not able to sign in while using internet from wifi.
Any Suggestions??
try to delete GTalk update and then install it again

Hey all, I've been trying to get internet calling set up. I'm running cm7 rc1 in Canada. I've tried getting google voice to download to my PC and phone to no avail, I've downloaded sipdroid app and created an account but it fails to register (not sure if pbexes.org is correct server to use?) Can anyone enlighten me or point me in the right direction to set this up on are p500's Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

Does bobsled allow you to make free phone calls over wifi/ data? I checked it on playstore and web but it doesn't say much about calling, it's more about texts (which people are complaining that it's not free) ?

Well, I don't know what that means, but...
GrooVe IP + Google Voice
If you already have a GV number, then just install GrooVe IP. If GrooVe IP hasn't fixed the "keep WiFi on" issue yet, then you can solve that with Advanced Wifi Lock. I also use Llama to manage WiFi, because the battery will drain very fast if you keep WiFi on.

I use bobsled for calling from my mediapad all the time on wifi. Tried it on data just to see, no problems there either. As for texting...dunno, i don't use it

I‘m not sure that it can hide IP but it can block many thing.. take a look at this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.privacy.pdroid
try openvpn or droidvpn or hostpot shield
it is available in the play store and best of all it is free
it hides your ip by using a foreign ip. it also compresses data to increase browsing speed and decrease data consumption.
however it depends on how you set things up or on what config you use.

I just upgraded and Goggle Play permissions say: new allow Bluetooth connections. Are they tracking phones? Any idea what they are going to use BT for?

Hmm I don't see what they are using it for I would have guessed for the sharing feature but it doesn't allow you to share via Bluetooth only email, FB or Twitter.
Actually looking at my own app I don't see Bluetooth permissions listed anywhere on the apps permission list and there is no update for me on the play store.
Not sure how Bluetooth would allow them to track phones any more than the permissions already allowed in the app would.

There is an email option in the market app for each app listing, use it and ask them. How are we supposed to know?
I'm from India and we do not have full playstore. As soon as I login even when using USA VPN, play store shows me only apps and not the full version. Although as soon as i logout i can again view full play store.
Till 2 days ago I was able to access full site after login.
What can be the reason?? Plz help
On same PC when I use my brother's id I can see full play store. Something wrong with my account..??? It seems like Google has blocked my account for these services. M not able to make any purchases other than from App section.
