Did you swap the internal SD With the external SD or use the RemountSD app? The game works fine on my p769.

When I first got the game I was on ice cream, and I had the swap script active. I went into the market and bought the game, then I downloaded the about 1.5g of data stored inside /sdcard/Android/obb ever since then it's been working fine and I backed up the app and the obb folder to my pc. I'm on jelly bean and I just restore the app and the obb folder and it's still working. I have a class 10 SanDisk Ultra 16g Sd card, if you have everything downloaded, it could be your sd card causing the problem or the app or obb data is corrupt. Try to re download everything again, and try formatting your sd. I hope this helps y'all

16gb memory card vs nook talbet

Hello everyone I rooted my nook using indirect I notice that whenever I download any app's they do not load to my memory card if I try and put them on the card they are removed from my nook.

Why do you want them on the sd card? The internal storage is more than enough for them to install there whilst having all app data being stored on the sd card.
I would like to have them on the card because I have not set up the nook internals memory to get the full 16gb.

Check your free space for applications. It should be something like twelve GB.

If you rooted with Indirects method then all your apps are being stored in the 12GB portion of the NT. There is nothing to set-up.
So there is no need for the 16gb memory card or can I add it to.

A lot of apps will store data on the SD card. Like large 3D games for example- some are 500MB to 1GB downloads to the SD card.
And of course you'll need it for books, music and movies as well.
I think the Market and Amazon app store require an SD card be present.
what is that path to the 12 GB?
So can anyone please tell me how to set up my memory card where I can move all of my downloads to it.

Are you talking about moving apps? If so, I believe B&N has removed the necessary parts of Android to do this. I don't know that anyone has been successful with it.

Games and Apps to SD Card

Hey, i was wanting to move my games and some apps to my sd memory card in my s3......but I cant find the option for it. Ive tried App2SD from the marketplace but it doesnt let me select my external memory card, its like its blocked or something. I know the phone recognises it because I can move music and pics onto it via MyFiles app. Any ideas???

SD Cards/Memory all messed up??? - Beans 6

Alright, so when I try to take pictures or screenshots, it says it's unable to do so because I'm out of storage or something? I have 1.5gigs of internal left, and 28gigs of external.
Any help/suggestions? Never had this before.
I am running Beans 6, by the way
Edit - figured it out
You had it set to ext sd card in the camera right? Once you change it to internal memory in the camera app it should work and then store it on the ext sd card right?

I'm having problems with a few sd cards on the stock verizon. My phone has been rebooting on it's own and the only thing that's fixed it so far was swapping the sd card out the first time and formatting it the second time.

I tried that, but even then it still wouldn't work. Downloading from browsers and all, didn't work either.

Play music

Does anyone have a mod that I could flash in recovery to get downloaded google play music to save to my ext sd?
Or an easy way to mod it to work that way?

Not sure if this will work.
Directory Bind is awesome, though. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1410262
The other thought I had is if you tried the sd/internal swap? It makes the phone use the sd card as it's internal and vice-versa.
Just a thought. Hope it helps. And btw, these require root.

On my phone none of them will allow you to move them. I have jelly bean.

You could always try Link2SD. It's an app that let's you move any app to a secondary partition on your SD card. I used it on a previous phone that had very limited internal storage. It helped a lot.

Also Titanium backup and similar apps will allow you to move apps to the sdcard (most apps need root).

Are you receiving some kind of error message? Could you explain your problem a little more so that we can help you?
Here are a few guides I found for Setting Up Link2SD on your phone's SD card. Here's another one.
I think the problem is the samsung phone. Same happens on the s3, where "sdcard" is actually an emulated location, part of the internal memory, just a label.
So, apps installed on internal are detected by normal means as already installed in sdcard. These phones usually label the removable sd card as extsdcard.
Nothing to do for the moment, apps like directory bind helped creating links (just as link2sd does) between external and internal sdcard.
Yes. It gives me a message about "shell".
