so recently i gave my phone to the LG repair shop. They have replaced the motherboard but the problem is still persisting. According to LG people the issue might be happening coz of some particular app installed in the device but i had installed all the apps from google play store.
Still dont have any clue as to what to do. Could rooting and flashing another rom be the answer to this ??

Hey guys,
i´m from germany and a have a SGS3 with O2 branding.
i think about to install the SiyahKernel.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1709686
My question is, can i install the new kernel on a european sgs3 with a branded ics?
or will it not so easy?
thx and regards
ravn83
Yes, Gokhanmoral is makeing it for international version of SGS3 (and SGS2 also). No matter is it branded or not. But it will rise your phone flash counter and void your warranty, but you are certainly aware of that.

Does he have backup of earlier rom? Maybe try to install some other one. Place it to sd card using other device. If it won't work then try to find something which could help you back to stock and root defy again then...

Btw, any rom will be polish too. Android is multilanguage. no problem with this.
Dont be lazy. On EVERY rom thread theres a instruction how to install. i would recommend u Legacy Xperia rom 4.2.2 or 4.3 as its a bit stabler than 4.4.
Peace
Does anyone in here facing same problem with me ?
Ps: i use latest stock and stock based rom !
is it only in app drawer or in e.g. apps too?
Describe the glitch?

Looks like GPU problem. Try to flash rom via flashtool, if this won't help you will have to send your phone to service.

I have that problem too, graphical glitches like stuttering. It also happens in YouTube. But changing the brightness fixes it every time it happens.
