Friends, currently i have Htc CHACHA. Now i wanna buy Xperia U. I dont know what are the benifits of buying Xperia U. Xperia u seems to have more features..
Should I buy Xperia U or i shuold buy some other cell phone in the same price range?
What is the performance of this set?
What is the battery timings? Any thing that u experienced on Xperia u?
I just bought Xperia U few days ago and I think it's a great phone!
Pros:
Bravia Engine Mobile display
Dual core processors
Upgradeable to ICS
OTG support
There's also a great phone in the same price range, HTC One V.
For comparison check this out:
[Q] HTC One V or Sony Xperia U - Which one to choose?
Htc one v dont have dual core
Yes, This is a question but for comparation phones and I think it belogs here. If not, mods please move it
I'm buying ZTE GRAND X IN next week and I want to ask you what you think about it. Spec here
I might switch to it and give lww to my dad or vice versa if it receive JB. I read that it will get in March 2013 (this month)
So, what do you think. According to unboxing videos it has AOSP UI which I like it
Edit: And how about Xperia J? Same spec like our phones with planned JB update
xperia j doesnt have same specs
our phones are better
but zte is better

Why do you want the official jb? You could very easily use custom fw. if the phone has better specs, it will be smooth too.

If I can do it, I will done that with my LwW. I have locked bootloader and 90% I'm sure this phones will be locked too.
Ok. There isn't any jb rom for locked right?
Btw, you could try wotan server, (I know it's not free, but considering you have two phones with un-unlockable bootloader)
Back on topic, I would go with zte as j specs are almost like ours, except the jb part. (Heard zte was better.)

Jb roms couldn't run on locked bootloader coz sony didn't released any official kernel, rom or sources for jb for our phones and will never do it. So we need custom kernels for jb which obviously need an unlocked bootloader.
Press THANKS if I helped,
Best Regards,
AJ
Dont miss the ICON FARM!
Well, there is not even Z for ZTE GXIN and J anroid development forum is not that rich like this :/ I'll buy it but I'm not sure if I or my dad will use it
I don't know if this is bad news but ZTE Grand x In have x86 processor instead of ARM and some apps might be not compatible with it.

Hello everybody!
In the nxt year i'll buy the successor of my faithful Xperia Neo V, but In January is the CES, in March is the MWC and i don't want to buy a cellphone that will be obsolete very quickly, So I have taken the decision to buy a Win8.1 Tab (Toshiba Encore 64GB) to do a the "hard work", wait above June-July with my Neo V and buy a very powerful cellphone powered by Snapdragon 800 (Maybe the Xperia Z1s):fingers-crossed:
In my country, one of the carriers is selling a Nokia Lumia 520 in a very cheap price and I think this: With the Nokia Lumia i'll have more performance than with my old Xperia Neo V (I don't care the topic of Google Play vs Windows Store) I want to try WP8 And if I like the ecosystem maybe buy a flagship.
I have another little problem and is: Maybe i'll fall in despair and my only 2 options are: Moto G 16GB or Xperia SP and drop the buy option of the Toshiba Encore
go for moto g .. affordable low price upto update on the way .. google company , xperia sp is great but price is more compared to moto g and we can hope kitkat update but they release very lately

IMHO .. Z1s, or Z1 mini ... its worth to wait. S800, Adreno 330, 2 gigs ram .. of of that on 720p screen? the phone would be solid for next 2 years for sure.
I had Arc S before but it died, so i had to get 2nd hand used Neo V because it was damn awwsome back then.

Thanks everybody! I'll Buy a Moto G 16GB + 3 cases (Around 250US$) in January! But I'm always be a Xperia Line Lover
I want to buy a new phone and 3 phones on list :
- s4 mini
- lg g2 mini
- htc one mini
1. Which of them is better ? And why ?
2. I like lg interface , but i have some fears about lg , how is fiability beside samsung or htc ? It can deteriorate quickly or have problems ?
Personally I compared about 15 devices in Excel and then did a close comparison between s4 mini and LG G2. Ordered both and I think LG G2 Mini will win for me. Check inside-Handy for the specs.
edit: Nope S4 mini did the race. 1) The G2 Mini is bigger while not offering more space on screen (S4 mini has hardware keys for menu/home/back) and 2) Camera quality of G2 Mini is noticably worse, there are edgy/blurry areas in images which S4 mini don't have
I have some questions about the LG Optimus L9 II
is the battery removable?
is the 4GB storage enough? can i move apps to sd card?
does it support OTG?
is it likely to get Android L update or it's too old?
how is gaming performance? is it the same as other mid range devices like LG G2 mini, galaxy s4 mini or moto G?
is bootloader unlockable?
in general, how do you find your LG L9 II?
thx in advance for your time and replies

Yes, battery is removable.
Yes, 4gb is enough. You can't move apps to sd card after update to kitkat, but there is a fix for that. Look up in the forum.
Bootloader is not unlockable in kitkat (as i know and read on this forum), but you can downgrade it to JB (struggling with that at the moment...).
If I could change it to another phone, I would. But it is because of the messaging bug i have (and other people from Lithuania and Czech republic). Other than that - a great mid range smartphone.
