hey guys, my t-mobile amaze 4G sucks juice a lot, so i bought a sensation 4g battery (which they have stated that it will compatible with amaze 4G either) for the phone, and my phone will not power on with this battery.
the MFG part is amaze t-mobile PH85110, 35H00166-02M, and i check the oem battery is BG86100, did i buy something wrong?
Our batt works with the sensation 4g and evo 3d and others. Umm try your old battery if it powers on you bought a bad battery. Also if your interested in a new battery I recommend Anker from Amazon. And also keep accessory related posts in the accessories section.

heard lots of people using Anker 1900mAh sensation battery in ur evo 3d? but they got an other different evo 3d battery, try search "B005K6X1CI" on amazon.
anyone gonna report how anker evo 3d battery performs?
Weird, that one is actually rated lower mAh...
This should have been posted in the Anker thread that we already have instead of starting a new thread....

What are the major differences between the evo, evo design and evo 3d? Most likely will buy on ebay unless the design turns out to be a great phone.
Also, what flaws do the phones have?
I'm getting frustrated with the tws bug on the epic. It can cause me to go through 4 batteries before I leave work. And the drivers don't allow my pc to detect my phone.
(just trying to let you know why I'm thinking of switching so I don't waste my time if there are similar problems)
Thanks!

You should just set some time aside to read the q&a and the general forums. I think that will answer your????'s more than anything.
Locked & Loaded
""shooter on Deck""
Or better yet just google it.
This is a comparison on HTC's site. Personally I would go with the Evo 3D. Bigger screen, duel core, more Ram, and a bigger battery. If you have an upgrade radio shack is offering both phones for $100.

Unfortunately, my upgrade if at the end of next year. I'm assuming I'm going to have to buy on ebay to avoid paying full price.

Just went from an epic to an evo 3d a few days ago. I loved the idea of the epic but the final product fell short for me....the screen was amazing but not worth the bugs...
Picked mine up from Ebay, selling my epic will make out of pocket expense minimal.
so far I dig the 3vo, fast, smooth and everything seems to work right outta the box. I now have a phone that I can mod if I want to, not because I have to...
Battery life seems decent too, put in a few long days at work now, streaming Bluetooth, push mail, browsing, calling, texting and no need to recharge or swap batteries.

If you want more after market mods, then the EVO is your choice, then EVO 3D.
Price, again the EVO if buy on eBay, then EVO Design
Power? EVO 3D, then EVO Design
Ability to travel internationally, EVO Design.
Hope that helps.

I would say Yes, but do this first.... Charge all the way to 100% when your in the rom. Unplug.. turn off the phone completely... plug in the charger again... wait for the charging light to turn green, than wipe battery stats and use it....
Thanks for all your input... !
Don't use this s*** from ebay. Get a normal product from a quality brand.
3600mAh battery
1950mah battery
Do you have a picture of the Mugen battery and new back cover? I am curious of the quality and appearance. I have been eyeing one for the wifes Mytouch 4G slide as well.

This is from the 1900mAh Anker battery after a week of full charge & drain cycles.
This is from heavy use, dash cam, YouTube, txt, Google reader, etc.

the batteries from mugen are 1950 and 3600mAh, but yeah not much of a difference between the 1730 to 1950
Has anyone found a good alternative for battery replacement on this phone? I just got the arcsoft 2010 Mah and it seems to drain faster than the original! Only had it a day now and have not let it do a complete cycle, not even sure that is necessary. More input would be appreciated.

I had the same issue! And it gets worse, after about 2 weeks it will make your phone act all weird, random restarts, gps not working, really bad stuff. Took it out and put the old one back in and had no issues.
I'm thinking of trying this
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006TM221I/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&m=A3ETL3OCXHQSGY
I haven't seen any real reviews yet. Original poster hasn't posted back yet.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/27088715044...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_4526wt_1396 does this battery need a special back cover ?
I use the ferocitymobile.com ones they work well and come with a stand alone charger.
I never uploaded the final pics. Here they are this is pretty much daily moderate use. Using stock kernel and the lovely energy ROM. I use to have to carry 2 batteries to make it through my 8 hours at work.

Anker. It lasts longer and I have two as a back up.

Also the best place for battery questions is in the Amaze accessories forum

Hello people of xda, I have made a search on our forums but I couldn't find something similar, maybe I didn't make a good search. So if it is a double-post please forgive me.
My battery is draining too fast, sometimes I have to charge it two times in a day. I formatted the phone many times, I tried different roms and kernels but that wasn't the problem. I am thinking to buy a new battery for my Evo 3D GSM model. Which battery would you suggest me, an extended or an original battery? (for extended I prefer slim without the big back cover) Will I have problems with compatibility with the extended battery? If you could link me batteries too it will be helpful. Any thought will be good. Thanks in advance.
You have 3 choices if you don't want to change battery cover. For extended battery there is 1900mAh or 2450mAh "gold battery". Or you can get a stock replacement, because it sounds like your battery is bad.

wooops i missed the number it was almost 6
+1 on Anker. Great battery life for reasonable price and it's the same size as OEM battery so you don't need that ugly back cover
I ordered one Anker 1900mAh. Do you suggest any charging options? Discharge fully and make some cycles? Or any usage will be accepted? Thanks for your information.
