Is there somebody out there who can help me out with the stock video player.
The problem is that the video preview "scrol" cant be refreshed/renewed.
When i delete or rename a videofile it keeps showing up in the preview and nothing changes.
Even when i move the complete folder to an other place.
Only when i select a movie in the preview scrolbar, its giving an error, file corupt not complete.
How can i solve it, a reboot does work only with the deleted files but not with the renamed ones.
Have you tried to clear the cache of the video player in applicant management?

Hi.
How do i get there?
Or do you mean system monitor?
Settings -> Apps -> All. Find your video player app in the list of apps, click on the video player app and select Clear Cache.
Hope it works, good luck.

Thx, just looked but can't find anything of a videoplayer .........
Try clearing the cache of the app called Media Center
If that doesn't work try Settings -> Repair & Formatting -> Reset multimedia library
Good luck.

I have an issue. It happens when there is a flash video or something to play. Like if I open a site containing a review of a phone like gsmarena or phonearena, if the particular page contains a video, then the torrent app starts. Dunno what the issue is.. anyone pls help if possible. Dunno whether it is ROM related, I'm running omega v35 stock kernal. I think i also had this issue while using foxhound 1.4. Pls help.

Logic says look at the app settings .
No luck then freeze the app or uninstall it until its required .
You could also try wiping cache and dalvik cache and fix permissions .

Cache and dalvik cache is wiped. And if I have to uninstall the app or freeze it, then the use of the app becomes pointless Na? Is there any fix for this??

Have you tried to reset the torrent app defaults? You might have associated the torrent app with that particular content or file type.
Settings > applications manager > installed apps > torrent app > clear defaults

I agree with winsome - try clear defaults first

What app are you using?
Ttorrent had a bug with their app which did exactly what your saying. But they fixed it with an update about a week ago.
If it's a problem with the app, then just change it. There are plenty of good torrent apps.

Hey I am using neatrom lite, I just have one problem. I flashed the mod wich gives you the note gallery. But the gallery app wouldn't start. So I reflashed the whole rom but the problem remains. The error I get is:unsufficient space, delete files etc.
Anyone has a solution?

just delete the Data/Cache of that Gallery app and see. if issue persists then make a Full wipe install of ur Rom.
Ps- Always make a BKP of ur wrk'ng rom before flashing any Mod's, that way u save lot of time in recovering back ur phone to its normal state
Thank you for the quick reply. The thing is I tried both those things. My new install was with a full wipe. And clearing the cache didn't work either.

You can flash the MediaWipe script (don't know the official name) from Hawkerpaul from Recovery. It helped me a couple of times when I had the same problem (I got the insufficient memory message also, but I actually had plenty of space left).
Hi guys,
When I try to open the camera app, it keeps giving me an error: geheugenfout (translated: memory error). And also when I try to open the album, it does not load photos. But I know I have photos, because I can see them in the widget.
Please help
Thanks in advance

install this Album to fix the problem of don't load photos
install as normal apk or push it to system/app and set permissions, reboot.

Try to clear app cache under settings and applications.
and or clearing the Dalvik cache may solve your issue.

Thank you for your information. I have tried following things before I posted this thread
1. Cleared the cache of xda app, google play services and google playstore
nothing was happened after the above steps done and still the issue exist
2. Wiped cache and dalvik cache from Recovery
Still the issue is exist.
May be framework issue for XDA app. Not sure though..
