of course you can cause its and android game
You don't have controls to play with.
Most Xperia Play games are made only for that phone, so resolution might be problem.
I know that I can play android games on any device
I mean can I play Xperia play PSP like games on my lww?

If you are talking about the games optimized for PLAY, sadly no. And Xperia Play is HDPI and LWW is mdpi, so sometimes some games go 'out' of the screen and you don't have some buttons. E.g I got this problem with NFS hot pursuit on my MiniPro

My HTC Desire V Crashes!

It happens twice when I am in Google Play (finding go launcher themes), and when I'm playing Temple Run. I'm using stock ROM ICS 4.0.3 with Go Launcher EX.
