I just reinstalled JB 1.8 and I seem to have a white line across the top of my screen that I never had before. Seems to be associated with pull down. Any ideas?

Have you tried to redownload the ROM and re install? Also did you do a full wipe?

Thank you it must have been the battery bar. I had hidden selected, but had to change the height to 0 to get it to go away.
Always someone confused by the battery bar....

I'm on the latest saurom, and when I hit power, phone freezes for several seconds, goes blank, and then shows the default lock screen. Can anyone offer any advice or solution?

This question has been answered many times. Look in the Q&A of the Saurom thread. You have to remove the option to confirm shutdown in deluxe setting.

So there is a way to do it on 4.1.1 with guides. Anyone have luck with 4.1.2? I'd like to be able to do it on touch wiz and not have to use aosp

Doubt it. It'd likely be a mess of errors and force closing.
Yeah the stuff doesn't work on 4.1.2 it bootloops. But ahhhh it just looks so much better then stock. And even 240dpi
Is 240 dpi the lowest you can run before systemui crashes and phone won't work?

I believe I tried 160 and 320 on Beans 10. It was a little annoying to set up DPI on various apps so I put it on the back burner for now.

4.1.2 clean rom 4.5 I'm using 240. But I just want the status bar to be at the bottom like a tablet. Like paranoid android. Heh.

As title says my widgets disappear from the homescreen after reboot (but not always). Ok the problem is mostly just annoying, but the last time i had some important notes kept on the widget and they are gone too...
Did anyone experience tha same problem?
EDIT: i use nottachtrix 2.1 (had that from 1.31) and i use the stock blur launcher

Yes....I tried everything I can think of and no luck.
Do you have lightflow or any other LED enhancing program installed?
Also do you have email accounts syncing, even if set not to notify. I had the stock email app with one account. It was not set to display notifications, but I still had the blinking light.

Rooted?
Unlocked Bootloader?
Custom ROM??
If you are running a Custom ROM, which one and did you tweak it ?
If you start by answering these it will be a lot easier for us to help you out.
This is sort of driving me crazy. I am getting the purple notification light blinking when the screen is off, but I have cleared all notifications.
Anyone else get this? I don't want to turn the notification light off, I simply want it to work when it should.

You have a notification you haven't check. Could be email, fb, calendar, anything at this point. That's why I use lightflow
