[Q] Trouble flashing/rooting - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

I'm trying to root my phone with this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173465
I'm on step 10 where it says to go to this thread to flash: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36351786
When I get to step 7 where it says to run UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe as admin, I get this message.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks

No, I'm on ICS 4.0.4
T-Mobile pulled the jellybean update a month ago, it was causing major problems on the L9.

Can anyone help me?
ICS? GB? Which build?
I am using GB 2.3.4 currently.
If you continue getting errors , then install a custom kernel, most of them are pre-rooted like rage kernel

Build number? 0.62? Not rootable. You have to downgrade. Check THIS thread, point 4.
That's most likely a .62 build. You need to flash .58 first (use Flashtool, SEUS, Wotan etc) and then root it. On mine (way back when I was on stock & locked BL) I used the tool in link below. Then did OTA update back to .62...
After unlocking BL, it's all custom kernels and ROMs from there on out..

[Q] SCH-I905 4.0.4 to 4.1.1

I have a Verizion I905 running 4.0.4 that I want to upgrade to 4.1.1 I know Verizon doesn't have a ROM that was released so I need to go to something like cyanogenmod.
I saw their guide at http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Tab_10.1_(Verizon):_Full_Update_Guide but Heimdall Suite 1.3.2: won't see my device.
Any help/insight would be appreciated.
I noted my own process for installing CM10 on my SCH-i905. I had intended on posting them before but got side-tracked. I will get it posted today

That probably means that your cable is bad.
I wasted a bunch of hours trying to troubleshoot that specific problem with my tab.

You need to make sure you correctly modified the host file, and make sure shttp is on and running admin. These are steps 1-2 on the tutorial.

If your main screen DOES NOT looks like this, you need to uninstall and check your windows enabler, shttps server, and hosts file.
