I think headsets were designed specifically to act as bluetooth speakers with your phone and contain all the necessary hardware and software to do such. Your tablet s has no such hardware or software; yes, it has bluetooth, but it is not designed to operate that way. Maybe if somebody wrote a software program to do it, it could, but for the mean time, no your tablet will not work as a speaker for your phone.
I have been able to pair my droidx with the tablet, but not much else. Has anyone been able to stream or transfer files between the two?

I use FileExpert for it. Rightclick on file --> Share via Bluetooth
Rarely use Bluetooth tho, mostly ftp share (also possible with FE)

Well I'm sure thats not what u meant, but its the only way afaik. U could get urself an online number (e.g. Swype) and just forward all calls from ur droid X to this number.
Works fine, but I was told the caller didnt understand me as clear as he did with my phone's speaker turned on.

Hey everybody..I m having this problem since I started using Super Jelly Bean 8.0 / CM10...Both my incoming sound and mic sound is too fu##kin low not only when I make calls but also whatsapp and any other app which are related with mic or speaker....I joint XDA believing there will be someone who can help me and this is my second thread for this issue...I really hate this and I want a solution...I tried almost all fx apps but none of them worked...So in my opinion I need to make some tweaks in system files to make some gain in mic and speaker..Anyone knows which files and how should I edit please please please help....

I have a android phone working on marshmallow os. I use Alexa extensively for my most of work.I just love to use it .although in back of my mind I am always conscious that it it recording my voice even when I am not using it .I just want to know a hassle free or even time investing one time solution. If there is way to control it by command run program. Instruct me as beginner. I have third party app write now .is there any efficient app ? I am currently using Mute Mic.
