Sure thing, bud.
Took me about 20 seconds to open a new tab, google search "google earth apk download", and give you the link.
no matter what i do, i cannot get facebook sync to work with the foxhound rom on my i777
i formatted the entire phoine then installed the foxhound rom,
i install facebook, goto accounts and sync, click sync contacts, but it doesnt add any contacts to my phone what the heck am i doing wrong??

Nice thread title. ICS. Very informative. This is a known issue. Although I don't use Facebook myself, u could always try emailing the dev.

There's an app, I think it's called haxsync, that might work for you...Haven't used it so I don't know for sure if it is ics compatible or not

You started off by asking a question in general. How bout I move this to q and a and maybe it will help... (saved another life here.)
well it does definately work on ice cream sandwich i have two roms that the facebook sync works on (stock rom, and shostock rom) but the really cool roms that i seem to like the foxhound, and the cynogenmod and aokp? the facebook sync doesnt work on any of those.
Right now im using the shostock rom, facebook sync is working okay..\
Another question, can you connect to KIES with custom roms?

Every time I have a problem with an app I'm gonna post it here. Because obviously its xdas fault. Wrong. Lol. Its an app developers job to make his app work with the different versions of android, not vice versa.

I'm gonna have to guess fb sync doesn't work with aosp ROM also no it doesn't unless using Sammy rom

We aren't going to answer the second question. It's personal preference and we aren't going to say one dev is better than the other. Also just google the first question. You need to learn how to search

All the google searches talk about ICS google now.

If you are on Jelly Beans it means you already have Google now. Tap on the Google search button on your screen and Google now should pop-up. If you don't have it, your rom isn't based on Jelly Bean or is a crap and you need to flash again to a serious release.

I've been wondering for some time now why there isn't an option for auto reconnection under VPN. I mean, it's a phone, you walk in and out of your flat/house all the time but want to maintain the connection.
Is it possible to develop a mod for this?
Not interested in 3rd-party stuff.

I presume that your employer (if this is company VPN) would be very happy knowing that you have set connection details in a phone...
Even if this is private VPN for redtube, in case of phone loose, you will just give plenty of fun to new "owner".

Neither. Just a CWM flashable mod for any rom, starting with a random rom for SGS3.
Mighr be the wrong subforum for this though..
