Screw the watch espn app that doesn't work on every provider! Espn3 works on 4G!
Screen shot right now!

Edit:
This will work on Verizon LTE in: South Bend/Mishawaka area ...
It also works on Comcast over WiFi
Post your service provider if you got it to work, and if it works over LTE for you. Also, you may need to be a little big patient, it didn't pop up immediately for me, but when it did the video was flawless. This screenshot was taken while driving, lol.

Thanks for sharing. I had never even thought to try it and my provided does not support the Watch ESPN option yet. Wow, it looked amazing on the Rezound screen!
Yea, I was VERY happy to say the least! Albeit, they may block it, its cool for now! And I have a car dock and DirecTV Sunday ticket, football anytime!

I just wanted to say, I also tried this over WiFi, but I have Comcast, and this IS a provided service from Comcast on PC. Results might vary for others on WiFi. Let me know who your provider is though, and if ESPN3.com works in your area over LTE and I will post it in the OP!
I have a 2013 Lexus GS 350. My wife's Blackberry works fine with it, my HTC HD2 with Energy ROM works fine with it, and my iPhone works fine. But I just got this HTC Amaze and only Hands Free and PBAP will work with it. I have no A2DP or MAP. The car also comes with an App suite, and the other phones work with it, but not the Amaze. Has T-Mobile crippled something in this phone that can be fixed? I really like the phone, but if I can get any of this to work it's going back. Thanks!
My wife has a 2011 Mitsubishi outlander sport w/ factory nav radio. My amaze and her mytouch 4g slide work well with it streaming audio from both phones.
sent by my phone
A2DP is built in the music apps.. You need to get one from the market with it built in or flash a rom with it built in

For some reason Pandora has just stopped working when I'm on my 3G connection.
It will sit there and say "Buffering 1%" or "Loading" then just keep skipping to a different song. The application worked fine yesterday, and I can still use it on WiFi with out a problem. I'm on Sprint with the unlimited data plan so I know that cannot be it.
I don't mean to sound like a smartass, but did you restart your phone? If that fails to work, I would clear its application Data and reopen it. If that still doesn't work, try uninstalling the app and re-installing it from Google Play.
Also, ensure that your mobile broadband is enabled under settings. Good luck.

I usually can't stream Pandora when I'm on the Now Network either, but that's because it's too slow. Maybe Sprint's network is taking a siesta today and it will work better for you tomorrow.

YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ON THE SPRINT NETWORK. lmao! go get AT&T... at least their 3G actually works. hahhahaa. or get verizon since their 4G is the best in the country. 50+M down. 12+M up. other than that. restart your phone. there is a know software issue with our phones.. maybe it'll get fixed on the next update. PROVEN SOFTWARE ISSUE FOR ANY SMARTASSES.

That IS the problem. You can't stream music with Sprint's dial-up speeds. Download the Speedtest.net app, and run it a couple of times. If you aren't getting at least 300kbps, which you probably won't with Sprint, then you won't be able to stream music.
Download the SpeedTest app from Google Play. See what kind of up and down speeds you get. Pandora requiere atleast 150Kbps constant to work.

I know I don't have the same phone, but its worth pointing out that I'm seeing this exact same problem with my Epic 4G running CM9 RC1... Pandora won't play anymore from either 3G or 4G sprint... Works just fine from wifi though... Won't play from pandora's flash player in the browser either... I'm actually starting to think that Sprint has decided to filter some traffic off their network, and Pandora is one of the lucky winners. Please tell me I'm wrong... :/

No, Sprint's data network just plain sucks, and has for 2 years. I haven't gotten above 150kbps in over 2 years.
I've run speed tests. I get more than enough data for the high quality stream (192kbps). Attached is the photo of the tests.
Still looking for a solution.

Same issue
Just wanted to say that I have the same issue.
I recently used closeone's HBOOT Downgrade toolkit to take my Sprint EVO 3D from HBOOT 1.50 to 1.40. I then used freeza's firmware update to update to 2.17. I was running mikeyxda's ICS MeanRom, and everything seemed to be working until I tried out Pandora. When I select a station, it gives me the "Buffering 1%" message, then says "Loading", and sometimes it will say "Buffering 2%", but it hardly gets past that. This is only on 3G. 4G and wi-fi work fine.
This guy seems to be having the issue as well.

Wow, so the only thing I can add here is: My wife's EVO 3D (S-ON, flashed to OMJ's ROM) actually streams Pandora quite well on 1XRTT. That's right - not 3G but 1X. Turns out a glitchy radio keeps things away from 3G yet the tunes flow half decent.
Same issue here too. It has worked fine for me up until 2 days ago. And I would listen to it everyday to and from work.
I have a rooted HTC EVO 4G LTE still running the stock rom.
I can stream fine over wifi and I can surf just fine. The only thing that I can tell has changed is pandora just sits at loading indefinitely.
Fixed. This is an issue with the pandora client. The fix is to roll back to an older version. 1.5.13 worked for me.

I can confirm, the roll back fixed mine too, just tried it. I was wanting to do that but didn't know there was a site for old versions of apps. Good job TopHATT!

Lol at the ignorant Sprint haters. Our data connection is fine. I watch netflix over 3g at work and play pandora over 1x while hiking. Other carriers can't even make calls.
Thanks for the link to the pandora fix. I also downgraded my hboot and am running meanrom ics with exactly the same issue as the OP.

So a 3g connection of less than 100kbps is "fine"?

I've dropped on average 10 calls a week in the past few months.
Tested my connection tonight in central Illinois.
i WISH i were getting these kinds of 3G speeds.
i'm lucky to pull 300-500 on a great day

Basically i own the One X+ on ATT here in the states and my wife owns the new iPhone 5. We have both never done video calling before so new to this. Just want your guys' input in what app is best for our two phones to video call each other over both 4g/3g network and wifi. We only have wifi at home so on the go would be using mainly 4g as we luckily live in an area where 4g is everywhere.
I've tried Tango but even with 4 bars on 4g network the video quality was kind of crappy and choppy. We were even just 10ft away from one another to try it out and still choppy, not very clear video calling.
Basically what's the best app for quality in the video call over 4g and wifi? I would assume all apps would work great over a good wifi connection but we are on the go a lot so will depend more on 4g connectivity over the ATT network.
Haven't tried the famous Skype app yet as the best reviews doing research all point to Tango. Just not impressed at all with the Tango video quality over Skype.
If it helps my device is rooted and running Elegancia custom rom. My wife is stock iPhone software.
Skype,tango,gtalk,Google plus

same situation
my fiancee has the iphone 5 and i have the hox+. we use skype, and it does just fine. it seems to work a little better on my end than the iphone end.
OoVoO
I use OoVoO
It's free app and also works great with 3G or 4G also
And it has desktop software too
so you can call on computer also (Just like Skype) .... isn't it great.....
Is anyone else having problems maintaining the Bluetooth connection in their vehicle. When I delete and repair it works fine once I turn off the car and return later there is absolutely no bt connection.
I use my verizon max all the time with multiple bluetooth to fm transmitters. Not one issue.
*I note I have the verizon one because it seems maybe the us ones have a little better implementation of things than other versions
OP,
i responded to you on the sprint forums..
ive a sprint one max and i have no issues. it behaves just as the htc one did.
what phone did you have prior? did it not have any issues?
do you have an aftermarket system or factory?
rooted?
what apps are you trying to stream from?
how about making phone calls, can you at least do that?
or does the phone not even show the relationship in the BT page with your car and the one max?
Previously I had an Samsung note 2 with no Bluetooth issues. It is a factory navigation/blue tooth in a 2008 Mitsubishi outlander xls. It works fine when I delete it and pair for the first time . After that initial pair happens it stops connecting. I am not streaming just trying to do Bluetooth calls.
