scrosler in all his awesome wisdom ported the app a long time ago.
Although if force closed whenever you went to help or tried to take a panoramic pic with the app i still loved it.
After searching the samsung app store through a browser I noticed it was recently updated and wondered if there was anyway to get it.

It'd be nice to just change my build prop someway, go to the sammyappstore app, and just find it there, but i don't know how/if that would work.

Hi I am on Nero v5 and I wanted to add the AOSP calendar I got from the Gingerclone r2 rom. I installed via root explorer and everything is fine, but there is this grey bar on the top that I can't get rid of. I tried searching and installed different apks, but none of them fixed this problem.
To my knowledge I do not think we have a fix... I had the same issues a long time ago when I used AOSP. Have you tried d/loading an AOSP rom and moving the .apks from that rom to system/app?
I have not tried that. It may work.

I read A POST a LONG time ago where someone said they had it working.... I believe I even sent them a PM, but it has been deleted. I know someone claimed to have done it, so maybe with luck searching.... please pm me if you find the answer.

I did this when placing AOSP calendar on my vibrant. Worked great, seems to have no other adverse effects. (this is on 2.1 but it should be the same)
That being said though, after reading further in the thread, it seems implicated that Eugene's later calendars from his roms do not call for that .png , so you may pull a calendar out of one of his later AOSP ROMS and see if that works before messing with your framework, wich I found to be difficult on the vibrant, (although I did it mostly on the phone which was part of my problem, if I just waited til i was in front of a computer it would have been easier)
EDIT : just realized you did get your calendar from Eugene, so you may want to ask over there how he fixed it or use above solution.
I can't post in the thread because I am new which is completely ridiculous, but I just wanted the camera apk from Task 10 since the one on Task 11 force closes. I'd really appreciate it if anybody can upload that for me. Thanks in advance.

Remember to read the OP very carefully. If you are still having problems after the fix (I am, but it is just a lag with the back button showing up) WIPE EVERYTHING. Read Task's OP completely for directions. Also, the new GT11 Slim is missing the ASUS weather clock widget. I added it back using the Meta file in the camera fix and throwing the apk in a zip folder with it. Flashed with CWM and it works fine. Still checking on what is also missing/broken. Otherwise this new update is pretty smooth.
Anyway, use the fixes and if you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.

I recently got pushed the OTA update for the Galaxy S3 on Sprint. I didn't notice anything different until I went to use my Andy-83 app. I'm sure some people are familiar with this app, the TI-83 emulator thing.
It's now blacked out and unusable. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it's BLACKED OUT! Must have been the update doing this.
Curious to know is there a way around this, I miss using this app, as I am a student. Also, does anyone have other apps with the same issue?
Sidenote- I know rooting is ultimate solution, but I really dont have the time, expertise, and effort for that right now.

Yup, some apps might no be compatible with the latest android version (or your current updated version).
Sucks, but its like that, wait for an app update, try and contact the developer.
Basically they let you watch cartoons and anime on your mobile devices. They were great. But a few weeks ago they got updated to version 8.0. Ever since then whenever I try to start the app, it force closes. It didn't do that on the previous 7.8 versions. But unfortunately I can't go back and use those because when u start them, I get a message telling me to update. And there's no option to dismiss the update. So yeah. I'm pretty disappointed over this. I've been missing my shows like dragon ball super and pokemon xyz. I contacted the developers about this with an email three weeks ago and never heard back from them. Does anyone here have a fix for this?

Okay so after weeks of searching, I've found a solution for the app toonmania. You need a modified version of the app. That's at version 7.8 and doesn't check for the update at startup. I found one here:

It also removed the ads. It works perfectly. But now I need one for animania. I don't have a reddit account. So I have no way of contacting that person to ask to also create a modified version of animania. Perhaps someone here would be able to?
Also you need version 7.8 of animania if you're going to try to modify it. Because version 8.0 doesn't work at all. You can find that specific version easily by searching google.

You can get older versions of those apps from the site Aptoide.
But if install older version than 8.0 after start information for uptade downoload, and cant refuse it
Cartoon app
Have used toonmania. It's pretty good, but not as useful as watch cartoon online. I had that app from apknite. For me, it's even better than 9Anime.

I am using this app since a while on my rooted phone with magisk and always liked it, but since one or two weeks the app won't show me search suggestions anymore. Usually, when I started typing in what I wanted to see I immediately got suggestions, for example, when I wanted to see "Michael Jackson Thriller" then I started typing and like after Mic I got it as a suggestion, but now that is gone. I have to write the whole title, which is pretty annoying. I only see suggestions of things I searched before. What might be the problem?
