Hey guys, i know that's weird, but my X10 Mini thinks it's an X8.
I tried porting a X10 PacMan ROM from X10 Mini Pro to X10, but i got bootloop. And I hadnt a backup. Then I tried to flash the stock 2.1.1.A.0.6 firmware with flashtool, but when it was done flashing, the phone was trying itself to open, but with failure, because as you can see at the image, it says that i connected E15, which is X8.

Also after that, i tried to use PC Companion from SONY, but a message appeared telling me that there's no firmware for my device. And then i was like, "WTF are you telling me?"
Anyway, i flashed then nAa 14 kernel, and i thought that i finally managed to fix the phone. But no. when i tried to flash a ROM, i got this error.
So, i thought that changing the script from E10 to E15, would made my phone work. Because as you can see, it worked. 50% -.-"
The flash was done but the phone tries to turn on, and then it just turns off, and then turns on, and then turns off.
Any ideas to the problem???
My E10i Was Bricked 5 Times due to Customizing, So i Use SEUS to fix it...

I used SEUS but a message appeared telling me that there is no software available for my phone, so the flash was canceled. Anyway, i finally managed to fix the phone by flashing 2.1.1.C.0.0 stock with flashtool. Flashing 2.1.1.A.0.6 didn't work. But i don't care, cause the phone is fixed now!

So I've got an xperia x10, and it was still running 1.6 so I wanted to upgrade it. So I went on the phone, selected software update (in settings -> about phone) and pressed update (didn't use any SE update tools on the PC). It started downloading the update, and after that it rebootet and started installing the update. At the last step however, this comes up:

And this happens every time I try rebooting the phone, so I cannot start the phone.
Now I've tried several things:
- Repair phone using PC pc companion
Result: No update avaiable
- Update via SE update service
Result: You already have the newest software
- Flash via x10 flash tool ()
It says "Start flashing" but then nothing happens - seems like it doesn't
connect properly
It does seems like the phone boot into flashing mode when I try, at least the SE tools continues after I start the phone in flash mode (screen is just black but the green LED is on).
So is there anyway I can repair my phone? (I'm afraid I cannot go to a store and make them do it, I got the phone from previous workplace)

Today I wanted to move PB AOKP to official 4.0.4, but I can't.
On newest Flashtool 0.8.0 always I've the same bug:

I am not able to flash any rom by seus or pcc.
After flashing any rom I have triagle with "!".
Sometimes, specially the first times, the process gets interrupted. Just try again until the bottom shows 100%!

If you could flash it correctly on other PC, maybe the issue is the USB port. Even if it works, I could only flash and do the testpoint method in my rear USBs, the front ones didn't work at all.

So guys, Im new in this forum.
And just wanted to mention that Im a noob in programming.
I have a little issue with my phone. It is an iOcean X7 Elite with MT6589 progressor.
After getting bored with stock andriod I wanted to test the MIUI os and flashed it to my phone. It worked fine, but i didn't like the the rom that much and wanted to flash back to stock. I downloaded the stock rom for my Phone and flashed it with SP Flashtool. It finished without any error.
But the won't turn on. It wont even show the bootlogo. My PC does not recognize the Phone as a Phone.It says: Unknown USB device.
I have tried installing the drivers and used several flashtools (i case there is a version out there getting the job done).
Im really frustrated.
Last time I had a simmilar problem my phone showed the bootlogo and got stucked. But i got it to work by flashing. Now I have no idea what to do.
I'm already thankful for your help.
Was the backup your own?
Try to flash only the preloader, then if that goes thru you can do the full restore again... Come to think about it you might need diff drivers, or maybe meta mode (-vol and power)

Have no backup.
It just breaks up the process when reaching the 100% of the red bar.
From time to time I get the drivers issue error. Nothing more.

i tried an other stock rom version and now it says:
"BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)"

i have 2 phones , both are x10. and both have problems :crying:
My 1st x10 have this problem today,
sim signal full bars then suddenly drops everything going to "no service" then after a while, it comes back... whenever im in a location that has weak signal... the phone never gets any signal...
Plus., the phone also warms up more that normal.
i have experience opening up this phone and explored every possible signs of grounding but looks like there is none, i have 2 extra batteries for the phone and it rules out that its not the batteries at fault.
btw, i have also tried reflashing to stock global tft > 3.0.1.G.0.75 Global ggl generic 1232-9897 from THeLogiC ' s stock rom collection ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1749426) > still the same effect on the phone.
My 2nd x10 has no gsm signal plain and simple, even inserting numerous sims to test. its already openline., It says "please insert sim card and restart your phone" every time you turn it on.

before they had xrecovery .3 and both had DiXperia Extraordinary Roms.

this is related to the radio being lost because i attempted to unlock the bootloader to a docomo phone with locked bootloader. thats my thought to the one x10. but the other one, i think its HW problem with the signal not being stable and all...
if someone could just point me in the right direction so at least i can fix one phone, that will make me very happy.

I had a rooted Z2 with an unlocked bootloader, running the Existenz ROM. I wanted to try something else, and i liked the Carbon ROM on here, so i tried to flash this. i'd picked the Sirius version, so everything was fine, and i checked everything (i think). Although the installer said "successfull", my phone won't reboot. The only thing it does is vibrate when i press the power button. Even when i try to charge it, the notification led won't light up..
What can i do to fix it, or has it become an expensive "throw-away" piece of glass ?

Apparently, my phone is locked. Emma won't let me flash things (i think), and Sony PC Companion doesn't recognize my phone..
