[q] microphone sensitivity - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm using Supernexus 3.0 and the microphone is just too sensitive. I never had this problem on stock so it must mean it must be something in the settings of Supernexus. Does anybody know how to permanently lower the microphone sensitivity? I have so many concert videos ruined because the sound was too loud.
[SOLVED]
I flashed Googy-Max kernel and used Stweaks to adjust microphone sensitivity.

Is there any way to adjust mic volume?

Hi, just both Xperia x 10 mini for my wife, and totally upset.
Nobody (including me) can normally speak with my wife , because of awful sound quality: seems like microphone has very high fidelity level, sound is overamplified, permanent distortions, noises, echoes and so on, especially in high frequencies range. Originally came with 2.0.А.0.504 firmware, updated with PC- companion to 2.1.1.C.0.0 -> no changes, problem persists. Was by “service”, after 3days check, they told me , that diagnostic did not found any problem with mic ->no changes, problem persists. My try to stick mic hole with sticky tape brought only “barrel” effect to already existing distortions, no effect.
I am almost losing the Hope
The question:
Is there any way to adjust mic? (Secret menu, Custom rom, App (level control, equalizer) that controls mic permanent? ) Another tips are also welcome.
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Non-stock (AOSP, CM, AOKP) & Phone Speaker mode.

Has there been any movement in activating in-call noise cancellation when using the speakerphone when running any ROM other than a TW based ROM? As, using Hellybean and Evervolv, people are still hearing themselves if I switch on the speaker.
I'm on AOKP and it has noise suppression in settings of the dialer. Font know of that's what your looking for or not. But honestly I never use speaker phone any more . . This thing is plenty loud with volume all the way up. You can hear it fine sitting on a table beside you.

[HELP] In call volume is too low or inaudible and Mic. is also has a problem

Hey, i have a problem with Z2 that the incall volume is too low or inaudible... i don't know why is this??
I'm using Existenz Marshmallow 2.0 latest without any modifications.. so is there is any tweak or flashable zip or anything that increase the incall volume and make it clear?????
Another problem that alot of people had told me that they cannot hear my voice clearly so what is the problem?? is there is anything to improve my mic.??
Notes: (A) The problems still appear in the two cases of each of that:
1- Checking or Unchecking for Microphone noise suppression.
2- Checking or Unchecking for Speaker voice enhancement.
(B) The problem of incall volume and mic. not a hardware problem because it appear in some roms and it be solved completely in other roms like Existenz v1.0.5 4.4 [KK] so it's a software problem
So is there is any solution for incall volume and Mic. ?? Please help!!!!!
Under sound settings turn mic gain to high. Might help.

Speaker Tuning on Samsung device (Not AudioFX, MusicFX or DSP related)

Hi
I have the international version of the S7. As I usually do when I get a new Android device it's straight to LineageOS or another AOSP based rom. The roms usually works just fine but a common thing I have noticed over the years is that the speaker on the given device never sound the same from stock to any other rom. In this case there is too much mid-range in the sound from the speaker. So my main question is:
Is there any way one can manually tune the speaker so that it sounds closer to the stock rom? I.e. managing a high-pass filter and lowering the mid-range on the system output. This is not related to the equalizer in any sense since it is mainly the ring tone that is affected. Playing music one can just use the 'AudioFX' settings.
How does the stock rom do this? There has to be a set curve for it to not blow the speaker for ring tones etc. You don't want to send loud bass frequencies to a tiny speaker for example.

Question: is possible to get earpiece speaker volume? (root)

Hi all,
I'd like to know if it's possible to improve the earpiece speaker volume on pocophone. In combination with main speaker sounds so loud, for example playing a video, but when I hear a voice note or a call, it's low. In other phones you can edit some values in mixer_paths.xml (vendor/etc) being root, but I tried unsuccessfully.
Any help would be appreciate. I use lastet MIUI global stable 10.3.8.0
Thanks!
if your device is ROOTED (as you say) and the kernel you are on; having SOUND mode ( franco, Twisted, Optimus Drunk) then from SMARTPACK kernel manager ( Download here ) you can change incall and earpeace volumes.
There is no speaker volume thou!
