Hi,
We are well aware that Sony firmware updates do not always come out in the same time or in every country. Many of us, change the CDA country code for get the latest update from SEUS or PCC. For this reason, I decided to create this thread and need your help for centralise all CDA code for every XZU models. I personally own a C6802 and know only Hong Kong and Taiwan CDA code. I invite everybody to share they CDA. For those who don't know where to find it, look at this Post. You can also find the CDA by dial *#*#7378423#*#* tap on "service info" then "software info" and look at "customization version"
As suggested by liqn7 I added the firmware version avalaible for each country. I also need your help for fill it and keep it up-to-date.

For people who bought they phone from internet, the CDA code of your phone is the CDA code of the country where you phone come from. So even if you are in USA but your phone is from Hong Kong, it have HK CDA and not USA CDA.

Wait wait wait... What the hell??? In service info it says this phone is an C6802?! :s I got to do dome research when I get home. Sweden apparently sell both C6833 and C6802? I got mine from The Phone House
Damn..
Edit: pulled out the infopaper under the sim card, it says it is an C6833.
It must be this rom Im on, KA02 Radioactive rom that makes it
display false info? Well I screwed up didn't I? The CDA is only
relative when on stock rom isn't it?

Yes only good if your phone have the stock build.prop and not the one from KA02 ROM. The CDA you gave is from the firmware this ROM is based on. Same goes for the model info.

I am not that well versed with flashing ROM's or firmwares, I just have a quick question. Will I be able to get ICS 4.0 using PC companion or not? If yes, then When will I be able to get the update?
My handset is Xperia Neo V and the SI# is 1254-8966.
I don't want to play with Flash tools or Nordic firmware. I hope that I eligible for this update from Sony Ericsson.

i am using nordic version in India since 10 days!!
will now move to Indian ICS
Could anybody, with indian ICS, check if is avaliable at "settings" --> "more" or "other" --->"mobile networks": any checkbox about "national roaming" or something like that???
GB Global firm, has both checkboxes: roaming data AND national roaming data.
however, nordic firm, has not second one.

What bugs has it fixed so far on the Z1?
not sure if it's just me but podcasts refuse to work for me not sure what the problem is but it's the only one I have. hopefully 4.4 isn't far off

White balance settings seen, yellow hue still there.
No improvement in ram management, still 500-600 mb free
Touch screen response issue gone for some users.
No improvement in wi-fi reception
Noise in camera pics slightly lower than before.

Bro no user of Z1 has got it via PCC or SUS till now...so it may take a day or a few days when this firmware rolls out globally...
Till not it is only available via EMMA in Baltic regions only for Z1 and the same generic bal ftf is used by everyone, so
For the time being I have kept my post in draft and as soon as it is available via PCC will publish it

Got updated in Australia. C6833. I don't know when it came out as I only just plugged the phone into the pc to sync and it wanted to upgrade.
Cant update thru PCC here in India ,getting disconnected while downloading, tried several times.

The UK Update is out for me, clear google play settings, plug it into the computer and itll pop up

Anyone else having problems with charging time with this latest update? It takes so long to charge, 3 hours and still my ultra is at 84% charged.
Plus when I'm charging the phone, it becomes hotter than normal.
I never experienced this on the first 4.3 update (.290 build) and the good old 4.2.

i dont have this problem ، Try to Calibrate youre battery.
i think Battery warming is normal when it is Charging.

If your phone is unbranded/unlocked- yes,you can install the FTF for any country,just make sure it's for your exact model.

No. Don't flash with different version of different model. Your phone may become hard brick. Always flash correct version.
Hi OP, first of all, good work. But one quick question. I'm trying to create an FTF for my kid's M4 dual E2353(Philippines variant) using the latest version of Flashtool, do I just leave all the "xxxx.ta" files UNTICKED? TIA

my model is e2333 and my bootloader is locked,can i flash the cusomized RU firmware with Flashtool

Do you have the ftf for the E2353? That's the only version we get in Australia and the update hasn't reached us yet officially.
