New day new problem mate! (just kidding)
Did you install any mods? Are you sure it's not releated with the debloat you made?
EDIT: I found also this guide for force shut down:
1.Power + Vol Up + wait for 3 rumbles (make it 4 if you count the first standalone rumble)
2.It will be a total shutdown and you can start your phone normally by pressing Power key again...
Factory reset helped. Sill dont know what was the problem.

So yeah, one night my Sony Tablet S shut down in sleep mode like it does occasionally. Next morning when I tried turning it on, it stayed on the booting animation for several minutes. Did several hard resets and tried again to no avail. Even tried letting it run out of battery, charging, and then booting but no dice. I've never rooted or modified my tablet. Any help? Or do I need to get a new one? I've had this tablet for almost 2 years now and it's served me well, no problems like this before.
Thanks!

Did you make all system updates? What was your release number?

I was on the latest release for the original Tablet S. 4.0.3 release 5a, was it?
Is there anyway to factory reset this damn thing from the "outside" using adb or something?
Did you try to flash the original sony Firmware in recovery Mode?

Try going into recovery mode. When tablet is powered off, hit power button and volume up button together and hold volume up button for a while. When android recovery menu comes up, make a factory reset from there.

Thanks guys! Going into recovery mode and factory resetting worked!
My ultra Z is on stock Rom with no rooting or anyother stuff done to it,pure stock on 532 Build. Everytime i shutdown and start my device,it takes lot of time to reach the home screen,i think around 1 min 30 secs approx...... is this normal? otherwise the phone is working perfectly fine. I even factory reset the fone in settings but that didnt help either....

Is it stuck on a black screen for around 30 seconds when you boot?

Mine takes 2.10 secs. It's the longest boot time I've seen. Did turning on optimise back light help you?

It helps, you have to tick optimise backlight. But the newest update that comes will get rid of that option altogether.
It did help. Thanks! I'm still waiting for the new update. Any idea when we can hope to resource it?

Download and install PC Companion, plug your phone to your computer, and you should get the update.
That worked. Thanks! So far no major changes to report. Backlight optimization is not there anymore and phone boots in 32 secs.

Yes, after upgrading to Kit Kat upgrade I am seeing frequent restart, especially when phone is in idle state.
In which scenarios do you see the sudden restarts?

Try resetting system cache.. follow the below steps.
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold Volume UP + Home + Power buttons.
When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
In the recovery menu, navigate to ‘’wipe cache partition’’ with the volume buttons.
Press power button to confirm.
Once this is done, select reboot system now.

Well, it still happens. I observed that it happens when I wake my phone from being idle for a very long time. (I use S-Cover, so whenever I open cover after a very long time, it restarts)
Is there knox in 4.4.2 update ?

Thanks for the update. This exactly same thing happens with my note 3 neo. I also use S-View Cover. And whenever I keep the phone idle for some time and open cover, there is restart. I haven't observed this restart in any other scenario.!!
I also cleaned cache and uninstalled many applications, kept only few apps which are necessary, so far it didn't restart let me keep testing it!!
I also checked on the net and found that many Note 3 (Not Neo) users have reported similar issues, they talk about many solutions, but not sure if they will really work on Neo 3.
Will post if don't observe any restart after this.

Make a factory reset or two. When I was flashing a rom on my old galaxy s1 I used to wipe 3 times before flashing. Just wipe once , let it boot and wipe again
