I'm considering trying one of these plans, but don't know which is better.
Has anyone tried these plans with their DNA? If so what are your thoughts?
I've spoke with one person using straight talk on their DNA and they seem pleased,I'm just wondering if anyone else can chime in on their experienceswith service providers other then Verizon on their DNA thanks

You will need your own 4g sim card to activate the phone, but Verizon shouldn't charge you for one. They gave me mine for free.
Well okay thanks I think I am going to buy a new one from wire fly to be grandfathered in for unlimited 4g

I'm over having a $93/month phone bill when I can get virtually the same service for almost half the price.
Anyone have any experience with this? Is it even possible?
Thanks.

So I was given an Lg Vortex from Verizon as a form of payment for doing some rooting and what not on my buddies phone and I do not have Verizon and would like to maybe user it as a backup phone for sprint. So I'm wondering if there is an easy free way to carrier unlock it or whatever. I am sure I can use cdma workshop but if I root it is there an easier way? If anybody knows anything about this please do let me know.

Bump! Anybody know anything about this? I have it rooted now. Oh and I do believe it's basically Verizons branded version of the optimus one.

Sooooo I guess can't flash it to sprint without them knowing, from what I've read. However it should be possible to flash it to cricket. That way I can give it to my mom. Does anybody know How to do this easily? I can't find much about it.

I'm thinking of going to Straight Talk from AT&T. So you are using the AT&T sim you got from Straight Talk, right? Not AT&T? Does the phone have to be unlocked? It's my understanding it does not. Is everything exactly the same as on AT&T service? (That might be a dumb question.)
Damn I want straight talk now.

U buy a straight talk sim from the online store. The phone has to be be an att phone or a world phone like a galaxy nexus or international note. Everything is the exact same as att IMHO. Just no lte.

Me too T-Mobile speeds suck. But is expected. But I have 5GB UNLIMITED and am no where near the brink. I need my 4g speeds I only use my phablet for data and skype to make calls.
The Boss beating on mickey mouse displays.
Which would be the cheapest route? I just want data.
Here's a few from straight talk on att... Running great!

I got my DNA for couple of days now and I never see it connect to 4G LTE even in the same spots that I used to get with my Galaxy Nexus, I'm kinda worried now, maybe something is wrong with my unit?
Sent from my HTC6435LVW using xda premium
It could be your unit or maybe your SIM card. If you have time go to a Verizon store and get a new SIM, if that doesn't work then Maybe get a new DNA
